5. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all detachable plates, the cooking pot, lid, and steamer rack with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Plate Installation: To install a grill plate, align it with the designated slots on the main unit and press down until it clicks into place. To remove, gently press the release buckle and lift the plate.
  4. Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface, away from walls or other appliances to ensure adequate ventilation.

6. Operating Instructions

The breakfast machine features dual rotary knobs for independent control of the timer and heat settings for different cooking zones.

6.1. Sandwich/Grill Function

  1. Install the desired grill plates (e.g., sandwich, waffle, fish/bear paw, star).
  2. Prepare your ingredients and place them on the bottom plate.
  3. Close the lid. The closed baking design ensures even cooking without flipping.
  4. Turn the 'Time Selection' knob to set the desired cooking time (0-10 minutes). For sandwiches, typical times are:
    • Soft texture: 3 minutes
    • Crispy texture: 4 minutes
    • Burnt texture: 5 minutes
  5. The machine will automatically shut off when the timer expires.

6.2. Frying Function

  1. Place the flat frying pan on the right heating zone.
  2. Add a small amount of oil or butter if needed.
  3. Place your food (e.g., eggs, bacon, small pancakes) into the pan.
  4. Turn the 'Gear Adjustment' knob to select the desired heat level (low or high).
  5. Monitor cooking and remove food when done.

6.3. Boiling/Steaming Function

  1. Place the 1.3L stainless steel cooking pot on the right heating zone.
  2. Add water and/or ingredients for boiling (e.g., noodles, porridge). For steaming, place the steamer rack inside the pot with water below, then add food to the rack.
  3. Cover with the lid.
  4. Turn the 'Gear Adjustment' knob to select the desired heat level (low heat for gentle warming/steaming, high heat for rapid boiling).
  5. Monitor cooking and remove food when done.

6.4. Simultaneous Cooking

The dual heating zones allow you to grill/toast on the left side and fry/boil/steam on the right side simultaneously, saving time and effort.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
