2.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your MT55 Smart Watch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter (not included).

A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours. The watch has a 200mAh battery, providing 7-10 days of endurance on a single charge.

2.3 App Installation and Pairing

  1. Download the Companion App: Search for the 'Dafit' app (or similar companion app specified in packaging) on your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
  2. Install and Open: Install the app and open it. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.

2.4 Wearing the Watch

Wear the watch snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width from your wrist bone. Ensure the sensors on the back of the watch are in contact with your skin for accurate health monitoring.
