- Power On: The outdoor unit is solar-powered. Press and hold the action button on the outdoor unit for approximately 5 seconds to turn it on. The display will light up. (To turn off, press and hold the action button for 5 seconds again).
- Change Temperature Unit: After powering on, press the action button once to switch the temperature unit between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
4.2 Indoor Unit (Control Monitor)
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the indoor control monitor. Insert the 2 AAA 1.5V batteries (included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery compartment securely.

5. Operating Instructions

Once paired, the indoor control monitor will continuously display the water temperature from the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit itself also has a small display for direct reading.

5.2 Ambient Light Control (Indoor Unit)
The outdoor unit features an ambient light that can be controlled via the indoor monitor:
- Color Selection: Use the directional buttons (up/down/left/right) on the indoor unit to cycle through 7 dynamic colors for the outdoor unit's ambient light. The central button turns the light on/off.
- Brightness Levels: Adjust the brightness of the ambient light using the brightness buttons (sun icon with +/-) on the indoor unit. There are 5 brightness levels.
- Lighting Modes: Press the 'M+' or 'M-' buttons to cycle through 4 lighting modes: Stay On, Gradient, Flash, and Breathing.
- Timer Options: Select a timer option (Auto, 60min, 120min, 180min, 240min) using the timer buttons (clock icon with +/-). In AUTO mode, the ambient light will automatically turn on/off based on day/night changes.

The indoor unit displays a comfort level bar (Cold, Comfort, Hot) to visually indicate water temperature. You can set custom alert thresholds:
- To set the minimum (Cold) temperature alert, long-press the 'MAX/MIN' button. Use the directional buttons to adjust the value, then press 'MAX/MIN' again to confirm.
- To set the maximum (Hot) temperature alert, long-press the 'CH/R' button. Use the directional buttons to adjust the value, then press 'CH/R' again to confirm.
