Setup Instructions

1. Battery Installation

The keyboard and mouse are powered by AAA batteries. Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.

• Mouse: Open the battery cover on the underside of the mouse. Insert the AAA battery(ies) ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are correctly aligned. Close the battery cover.
• Keyboard: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard. Insert the AAA battery(ies) with correct polarity. Close the compartment.

2. 2.4G Wireless Connection

This mode uses a shared USB receiver for both the keyboard and mouse.

1. Insert USB Receiver: Locate the mini USB receiver (often stored in the mouse battery compartment). Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer (IBM or compatible, Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10, Mac OS X 10.4+).
2. Mouse Connection:
   • On the underside of the mouse, press the switch to select the 2.4G mode. The indicator light will turn red.
   • Press and hold the middle and right buttons of the mouse for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash quickly, indicating it's searching for the receiver.
   • The mouse should connect automatically.
3. Keyboard Connection:
   • Press the FN key and then the Q key briefly to switch to 2.4G mode.
   • Press and hold FN + Q until the indicator light flashes quickly, indicating it's searching for the receiver.
   • The keyboard should connect automatically.

3. Bluetooth Connection

The keyboard and mouse each support two Bluetooth channels.

1. Mouse Bluetooth Pairing:
   • On the underside of the mouse, press the switch to select either Bluetooth 1 mode (green light) or Bluetooth 2 mode (blue light).
   • Press and hold the bottom pairing button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash quickly.
   • On your computer, open Bluetooth settings and search for "EWEADN V96". Select it to connect.
2. Keyboard Bluetooth Pairing:
   • To use Bluetooth 1: Press FN + W briefly to switch to BT1 mode. Press and hold FN + W until the indicator light flashes quickly.
   • To use Bluetooth 2: Press FN + E briefly to switch to BT2 mode. Press and hold FN + E until the indicator light flashes quickly.
   • On your computer, open Bluetooth settings and search for "EWEADN V96 KB". Select it to connect.

Operating Instructions

General Use

Once connected via 2.4G or Bluetooth, the keyboard and mouse are ready for use. The ergonomic design aims to reduce wrist fatigue during long periods of use.

Adjusting Keyboard Height

The keyboard features an adjustable silicone anti-slip bracket at the bottom. This allows you to set a comfortable typing angle, ensuring finger dexterity and clear viewing angles.

Intelligent Power Saving (Sleep Mechanism)

The device incorporates an intelligent power-saving feature to extend battery life:

• After 5 seconds of inactivity, the device enters a sleep power-saving state.
• After 10 minutes of inactivity, it enters a deep sleep mode for maximum power conservation.
• To wake the device, simply press any key on the keyboard or move/click the mouse.

Mouse DPI Adjustment

The mouse features adjustable DPI settings for varying cursor sensitivity:

• The DPI can be set to 800, 1200 (default), or 1600.
• To adjust, press the DPI button (usually located near the scroll wheel) to cycle through the settings.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean your keyboard and mouse, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Battery Replacement

When the keyboard or mouse stops responding or the indicator light signals low power, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in the "Setup Instructions" section.

Troubleshooting

• Device not responding:
  • Check battery levels and replace if necessary.
  • Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into the computer for 2.4G mode.
  • For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the device is paired. Try re-pairing if connection is lost.
  • Ensure the keyboard/mouse is not in deep sleep mode; press a key or move the mouse to wake it.
• Interference:
  • If experiencing interference, try moving the receiver closer to the keyboard/mouse.
  • Avoid placing the receiver near other wireless devices or large metal objects that might cause signal obstruction.
• Mouse cursor erratic or unresponsive:
  • Clean the mouse sensor.
  • Try adjusting the DPI settings.
  • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface.
