1. Introduction

2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Placement

Carefully unpack the printer from its packaging. Ensure all components are present and undamaged. Place the printer on a stable, level surface in an environment with a temperature between 20°C and 35°C and humidity between 35%RH and 65%RH.

The printer dimensions are 1030mm (L) x 780mm (W) x 450mm (H). Allow sufficient space around the printer for operation and maintenance.

2.2 Software Installation

Install the necessary software on your PC. The printer requires a driver and RIP software. The recommended RIP software is Maintop 6.0 or Photoprint. The printer is compatible with WinXP, Win7, and Win10 operating systems.

2.3 Ink and Film Loading

Load the UV inks (C/M/Y/K/W + Varnish) into the continuous ink supply system. Ensure the correct ink is placed in the corresponding tank. Load the DTF PET film onto the designated rollers for printing and laminating.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Printing Process Overview

  1. Design Picture on Computer: Create or prepare your desired design using graphic software.
  2. Prepare PET Film and Inks: Ensure the A film and B film are correctly loaded, and ink levels are sufficient.
