1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the HXSJ M109 Mini Wireless Mouse. This compact and versatile mouse features Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, a built-in TF card reader, and a rechargeable battery, making it ideal for laptops, office use, and travel. 2. Setup

2.1 Package Contents

Before you begin, please ensure all items are present in the package:

  • 1x M109 Mini Wireless Mouse
  • 1x USB Type-C to Type-C Data Cable (20cm)
  • 1x User Manual

2.2 Charging the Mouse

The HXSJ M109 mouse is equipped with a 120mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Before first use, or when the battery is low, charge the device:

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C data cable to the Type-C charging port on the mouse.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
  3. During charging, a green light on the mouse will remain on.
  4. The green light will turn off once the mouse is fully charged. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.

Low Battery Indicator: When the mouse battery is low, a red light will flash to indicate that charging is required.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

The HXSJ M109 mouse connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.1. Follow these steps to pair it with your device:

  1. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the mouse and slide it to the 'ON' position.
  2. On the bottom of the mouse, find the sensitivity switch (often labeled with DPI or a similar icon). Long press this switch for 3 seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator light will start flashing.
  3. On your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
  4. Search for available Bluetooth devices. The mouse should appear as 'HXSJ M109' or a similar name.
  5. Select the mouse from the list to complete the pairing process. The Bluetooth indicator light on the mouse will stop flashing and remain solid (or turn off) once successfully connected.

Re-pairing: If you need to re-pair the mouse with a different device or if the connection is lost, long press the bottom sensitivity switch for 3 seconds again to enter pairing mode.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Mouse Functions

The M109 mouse features 4 buttons for standard navigation and control:

  • DPI Adjustment Button (located on the bottom, also used for re-pairing)

The buttons are designed with a mute switch for quiet operation.

3.2 Adjusting DPI Sensitivity

The mouse offers three default sensitivity settings (DPI - Dots Per Inch) to suit your preference:

  • 800 DPI
  • 1200 DPI
  • 1600 DPI

To cycle through these settings, briefly press the sensitivity switch located on the bottom of the mouse. Each press will change the DPI level.

3.3 Using the TF Card Reader

The HXSJ M109 mouse includes a built-in TF (MicroSD) card reader, supporting capacities up to 2TB.

  1. Locate the TF card slot on the bottom of the mouse (refer to Figure 3).
  2. Gently insert a TF card into the slot until it clicks into place.
  3. Once inserted, your computer or device should recognize the TF card as a removable storage device.
  4. You can now read and write data to the TF card at speeds up to 20MB/s.

Data Transmission Indicator: When the mouse is actively reading or writing data to the TF card, the Bluetooth indicator light will flash.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the mouse.
  • For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution, then wipe dry immediately.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents, as these can damage the mouse's finish.
  • Keep the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse clean for optimal tracking performance.

4.2 Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Charge the mouse regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period.
  • Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use.

5. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Mouse does not connect via Bluetooth. Mouse is off, not in pairing mode, or device's Bluetooth is off.
  • Ensure the mouse is turned ON.
  • Long press the bottom sensitivity switch for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.

  • Try restarting both the mouse and your device.
Mouse cursor is erratic or not moving smoothly. Dirty optical sensor, unsuitable surface, or low battery.
  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
  • Use the mouse on a clean, non-reflective surface or a mouse pad.
  • Charge the mouse if the red light is flashing.
TF card is not recognized. TF card not inserted correctly, incompatible card, or driver issue.
  • Ensure the TF card is fully and correctly inserted into the slot.
  • Try a different TF card to rule out card compatibility issues.
  • Check your device's disk management or file explorer to see if the card appears.
Mouse is unresponsive. Low battery or connection issue.
  • Charge the mouse.
  • Turn the mouse OFF and then ON again.
  • Re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
