5. Setup

5.1. Charging the Earbuds and Charging Case

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The indicator lights on the charging case will show the charging status. Refer to the case's specific light patterns for full charge indication.
4. Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge of both the earbuds and the charging case. A 15-minute charge can provide about 2 hours of listening time.

5.2. Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on one or both earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "MONSTER MQT62" from the list.
5. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing or show a steady light, depending on the model.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Touch Controls

The MONSTER MQT62 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls. Specific functions may vary slightly, but common operations include:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
• Switch Noise Reduction Modes: Press and hold on either earbud (duration may vary, refer to specific model behavior).

The MQT62 offers several noise reduction modes to adapt to your environment:

• Deep Noise Reduction Mode: For highly noisy environments like subways or airplanes.
• Comfort Noise Reduction Mode: For moderately noisy environments like offices or cafes.
• Ambient Sound Monitoring Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while listening to audio, useful for safety.

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try searching again. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the quick start guide for specific reset instructions).
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
