Setup Instructions
- Unpacking and Inspection: Carefully remove the compressor from its packaging. Inspect for any visible damage that may have occurred during transit. Report any damage to the supplier immediately.
- Placement: Place the air compressor on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for air circulation and maintenance access.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the compressor to a power supply that matches the specified voltage (380V/50-60HZ). Ensure the electrical circuit is properly grounded and protected by a suitable circuit breaker. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure.
- Oil Filling (if not pre-filled): Check the oil level in the compressor pump. If necessary, fill with the recommended compressor oil to the appropriate level indicated by the dipstick or sight glass. Refer to the manufacturer's oil specifications.
- Connecting Air Tools: Attach your air hose and tools to the compressor's air outlet. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.

Operating Instructions
- Pre-Operation Check: Before each use, ensure the oil level is correct, all connections are tight, and the safety valve is clear of obstructions.
- Starting the Compressor: Lift the red START SWITCH (refer to Figure 3) to the 'ON' position. The motor will start, and the tank will begin to fill with compressed air.
- Pressure Monitoring: Monitor the pressure gauge (Figure 3) to ensure the compressor reaches the desired working pressure (up to 8 bar). The compressor will automatically shut off when the maximum pressure is reached and restart when the pressure drops.
- Using Air Tools: Connect your air tools to the quick-connect coupler. Adjust the regulator (if present) to the required pressure for your specific tool.
- Shutting Down: When finished, press down the red START SWITCH (Figure 3) to the 'OFF' position to turn off the motor. Disconnect air tools and hoses.
- Draining Air: Slowly open the drain valve at the bottom of the air tank to release any remaining compressed air.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the performance and lifespan of your air compressor.
- Daily:
- Drain condensation from the air tank. This prevents rust and maintains air quality.
- Check oil level and add if necessary.
- Weekly/Every 20 Hours of Operation:
- Inspect air filter for dirt and debris. Clean or replace if clogged.
- Check for any unusual noises or vibrations.
- Monthly/Every 100 Hours of Operation:
- Change the compressor oil. Use only recommended oil types.
- Inspect all fasteners and fittings for tightness.
- Test the safety valve by pulling the ring. Air should release.
- Annually:
- Have a qualified technician inspect the entire unit, including the pressure switch and check valve.
Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance.
Troubleshooting
This section covers common issues you might encounter and their potential solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not start | No power supply; tripped circuit breaker; faulty switch | Check power connection; reset circuit breaker; inspect start switch (Figure 3) |
| Low air pressure / Compressor runs continuously | Air leak in hose/fittings; clogged air filter; worn piston rings; faulty check valve | Check all connections for leaks; clean/replace air filter; consult service for internal issues |
| Excessive noise or vibration | Loose components; insufficient oil; worn bearings | Tighten all visible fasteners; check oil level; consult service for internal issues |
| Oil in discharge air | Overfilled oil; worn piston rings; clogged air filter | Check oil level and drain excess; clean/replace air filter; consult service |
| Safety valve releases air frequently | Pressure switch malfunction; safety valve malfunction | Consult a qualified technician for inspection and repair of pressure switch or safety valve |
User Tips
- Proper Hose Selection: Always use air hoses rated for the maximum pressure of your compressor. Ensure hoses are free from kinks and damage.
- Tool Compatibility: Match your air tools to the compressor's air capacity (311 L/min) and pressure (8 bar) for optimal performance.
- Noise Reduction: While this model is designed to be 'Mute' (quiet), placing it on a rubber mat can further reduce vibrations and noise during operation.
- Voltage Check: Given the 380V requirement, always double-check your power source to avoid damage to the motor.
