3. Product Overview
The X8S/X5 Smart Watch features an ultra-thin design with a 1.8-inch full-touch large screen. The TWS headsets are discreetly stored within the watch body for easy access and charging.

4.1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch and headsets.
- Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch.
- Plug the USB end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The watch will indicate charging status on its screen.
- The headsets charge automatically when placed in their compartment within the watch.
A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. The watch's main body can charge the headphones 2-3 times.

- Turn on the smartwatch.
- On the watch screen, locate and display the QR code for the app.

- Take the headset out of the bracelet. The headset will automatically turn on.
- On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
- Search for the Bluetooth number of the bracelet (e.g., "X8S Audio").

- Open the mobile APP "Flow Fit".
- Pull down and search for the device model "X8S" on the "Device" interface.
- Click to connect. After a successful connection, the device model "X8S" will be displayed under "Devices" in the app.
Notes on Connection and Pairing:
- Ensure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.
- Ensure that the device has sufficient power, and please turn on or charge it before use.
- Make sure the device is within 50cm of the mobile phone when pairing and connecting.
- If the device cannot be found in the APP, please check the mobile phone permission settings (allow "Flow Fit" to use Bluetooth).
- When pairing the headset, make sure that the headset is taken out from the base of the bracelet.
- If the bracelet or mobile phone has been paired with other Bluetooth devices during the period, you may need to reconnect.
- If there are multiple X8S bracelets, when the APP is connected to Bracelets, you should pay attention to whether the Bluetooth ID address is consistent with the bracelet.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Basic Navigation
The smartwatch features a full-touch screen. After turning on the device, the main interface displays the time. Swipe the touch area up and down to switch between different interfaces and functions.
You can also flip your wrist to highlight the screen and view information without delay.
5.2. Notifications and Reminders
The watch provides associated APP information vibration reminders. You can directly view messages by raising your hand. Ensure the "Flow Fit" app has the necessary permissions to push notifications.
The watch also supports intelligent reminder functions:
- Drinking Water Reminder: Set reminders to stay hydrated.
- Long Sitting Reminder: Get alerts to move after periods of inactivity.

- A1: First of all, the bracelet device monitors human activities through electronic sensors. It is normal for consumer-grade products to have certain errors. Please treat the data objectively. The photoelectric sensor is a highly sensitive component, so you should be careful to prevent it being hit by hard objects. Perspiration and dust may adhere to the surface after wearing it for a period of time and you can use a soft cloth to clean it regularly.
- Q2: Where can I get the APP permissions?
- A2: Android phones: Settings > Authority management > find the "Flow Fit" application > set to trust this software. If the mobile phone is installed with security management or cleaning acceleration applications, please set "Flow Fit" as the daily list (trust list). In the authorization management program of the mobile phone system, please set "Flow Fit" as a trusted application, functions such as caller ID need to obtain authorization to realize the function.
- Q3: Call incoming, there is a reminder on the device, but no sound can be heard in the headset after connecting?
- A3: There will be a delay in the Bluetooth headset when there is an incoming call, you can answer it after a few rings. If the call is connected through a mobile phone, please check whether the voice channel is a mobile phone or a headset on the mobile phone.
