4.2 Board Versions and Assembly
The amplifier board comes in different versions, primarily differing in the potentiometer configuration:
- Integrated Potentiometer Version: The volume knob is directly on the board.
- External Potentiometer Version: The volume knob is connected via a cable, allowing for flexible placement.
- Integrated Panel Version: The board is enclosed in a panel.
Ensure you assemble the components according to your specific version. The external potentiometer version requires connecting the potentiometer via its cable to the designated port on the main board.

4.3 Connecting Power and Speakers
Refer to the diagram below for connecting power and speakers.
- Power Input: Connect a DC 9-24V / 3A or above power supply to the DC socket (5.5-2.5/2.1mm).
- Speaker Output: Connect your speakers to the 'SPK' terminals (+ and -).
- External Antenna (Optional): An external 2.4GHz antenna can be installed via the first-generation IPEX interface for improved Bluetooth range.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 TWS Stereo Pairing
To achieve a stereo effect, two XY-1001W amplifier boards can be paired using TWS technology. This product can mix dual-channel audio into mono, while supporting TWS pairing between two amplifiers to create a stereo system.
TWS Pairing Steps:
- Power On: Power on both amplifier boards. The blue indicator lights on both boards will flash rapidly. (Ensure no mobile phone Bluetooth is paired, no AUX cable is connected, and no U disk is inserted at this stage).
- Initiate Pairing: On one of the amplifier boards, press the volume knob four times consecutively. The TWS red indicator light on this board will start flashing rapidly. (The other board's blue indicator light will continue flashing rapidly).
- Connection Confirmation: Wait for the red indicator on the board you pressed (the 'host' unit) to change from rapidly flashing to a solid light. Simultaneously, the blue indicator on the other board (the 'slave' unit) will turn off, and its red indicator will start flashing slowly. This sequence indicates a successful TWS connection. If the red indicator turns off, the connection failed; please repeat step 2.
- Connect Mobile Device: After TWS is successfully connected, enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone, search for "XinYi", and connect. You can now play music via Bluetooth. Alternatively, insert an AUX cable or U disk into the host unit to play music.
Cancellation of TWS Pairing: During an active TWS connection, press the volume knob of either amplifier board four times consecutively to exit TWS pairing mode.
Important TWS Notes:
- When using the TWS pairing function, always establish the TWS connection between the two amplifier boards before pairing with your mobile phone's Bluetooth.
- The TWS pairing function has a memory mode; the boards will automatically attempt to connect in TWS mode the next time they are powered on.

5.2 Audio Input Methods
The XY-1001W supports multiple audio input options:
- Bluetooth 5.0: Connect wirelessly from your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- 3.5mm AUX Input: Use an audio cable to connect to devices with a 3.5mm audio jack.
- USB Audio (U Disk): Insert a USB flash drive containing WAV, FLAC, APE, or MP3 audio files.

5.3 Multifunction Knob Operations
The volume knob on the amplifier board serves multiple functions:
- Click: Pause/Play audio.
- Double-click: Skip to the next track.
- Triple-click: Switch between input modes (Bluetooth, AUX, USB).
- Quadruple-click: Initiate/Unpair TWS connection.
- Quintuple-click: Perform a factory reset.
- Long-press: Power the device on or off.
5.4 Bluetooth Connection Tips & App Control
To connect via Bluetooth:
- Turn on Bluetooth in your mobile phone's settings.
- Search for and pair with the device named "XinYi".
- Once connected, you can play music through the amplifier board.
For advanced control, you can search for and connect to the "Sinilink-APP" to manage the amplifier board via the application.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the board with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the amplifier board in a dry, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Handling: Handle the board with care to avoid damaging electronic components. Avoid touching the circuit board directly with bare hands to prevent static discharge.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Incorrect power supply voltage/current, loose connection | Ensure power supply is DC 9-24V / 3A or above. Check all power connections are secure. |
| No sound output | Speakers not connected, incorrect audio input selected, volume too low, faulty audio source | Verify speaker connections. Use the multifunction knob to switch audio input modes. Increase volume. Test with a different audio source. |
| TWS pairing fails | Incorrect pairing sequence, interference, other Bluetooth devices connected | Follow TWS pairing steps precisely. Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are connected to either board during pairing. Try again. |
| Bluetooth connection issues | Bluetooth not enabled on device, device too far, interference | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. Keep devices within range. Minimize interference from other wireless devices. |
| Distorted sound | Over-driving speakers, inadequate power supply, faulty speakers/cables | Reduce volume. Ensure power supply meets requirements. Check speaker impedance and condition. Use high-quality audio cables. |
8. User Tips
- Power Supply: Always ensure you use a power supply that meets the specified voltage (DC 9-24V) and current (3A or above) requirements to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
- Speaker Matching: Match the impedance of your speakers to the amplifier's output capabilities for the best sound quality and to avoid overloading the amplifier.
- TWS First: When using TWS, always establish the TWS connection between the two amplifier boards before attempting to connect your mobile device via Bluetooth.
- App Control: For more advanced control and settings, consider using the dedicated "Sinilink-APP" with your amplifier board.
