2. Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: This section contains important safety instructions that must be followed during installation and operation of the inverter. Read and keep this manual for future reference.

  • Installation must be performed by qualified personnel.
  • Ensure all wiring is correctly polarized and securely connected.
  • Do not expose the inverter to rain, snow, spray, or any liquids.
  • Do not disassemble the inverter. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
  • Ensure the PV input voltage and VOC (Open Circuit Voltage) do not exceed the rated input voltage specified in the manual. Failure to adhere to the specified ratings will result in damage to the inverter.
  • The power required by the connected AC load should not exceed the rated power of the inverter specified in the manual. Pay particular attention to the demands of inductive loads (fridges, compressors, motor-driven appliances) as these will draw 3-4 times their rated power at start-up. Overloading will result in damage to the inverter.
  • If connecting the inverter in Parallel mode, the inverter must be set to Parallel mode before connecting the load. Failure to do so will result in damage to the inverter.
  • The above conditions are not met, and the inverter is damaged, the product warranty will be voided.
  • Always disconnect all power sources (solar, battery, AC input) before performing any maintenance or wiring.

5.3. Wiring Connections

  1. Battery Connection: Connect the 24VDC battery bank to the designated battery terminals on the inverter. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
  2. Solar Panel Connection: Connect your solar panels to the PV input terminals. Verify that the total PV array open circuit voltage (VOC) and power do not exceed the inverter's specifications (Max PV Array Open Circuit Vol: 450VDC, Max PV Array Power: 3200W).
  3. AC Input Connection: Connect the utility grid or generator AC input to the AC input terminals.
  4. AC Output Connection: Connect your home appliances to the AC output terminals. Ensure the total load does not exceed the inverter's rated power (2700W).
  5. Grounding: Ensure the inverter is properly grounded according to local electrical codes.

WARNING: Incorrect wiring can cause severe damage to the inverter, personal injury, or fire. Always double-check all connections before powering on the unit.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Powering On/Off

  1. Power On: After all connections are secure, switch on the battery breaker, then the solar array breaker (if applicable), and finally the AC input breaker. Turn on the inverter's power switch. The LCD display will light up, and the inverter will initiate its startup sequence.
