3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unpacking and Assembly

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.
  2. Assemble the included stand according to the separate stand assembly instructions.
  3. Mount the cutting plotter securely onto the assembled stand.

3.2 Connecting the Plotter

  1. Connect the power cable to the power input on the plotter and then to a suitable power outlet (AC110V-AC120V or AC200V-AC240V, 50Hz/60Hz).
  2. Connect the plotter to your computer using either the USB or COM port.

3.3 Software Installation

Install the cutting software (e.g., Artcut, Signmaster, JKcut) on your computer as per the software's instructions. Ensure the correct drivers for the JINKA XL-721 are installed.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Loading Material

  1. Place your vinyl, graphic paper, or sticker material onto the feeding rollers.
  2. Adjust the pinch rollers to firmly hold the material in place, ensuring it is straight and aligned.
  3. Use the control panel to feed the material to the desired starting position.

4.2 Setting Cutting Parameters

Using the control panel or your cutting software, set the desired cutting speed (up to 800mm/s) and cutting force (up to 500g) based on the material type and thickness. The XL-721 supports semi-auto contour cutting for precise designs.

4.3 Performing a Cut

  1. Load your design into the cutting software.
  2. Send the cutting job from your computer to the plotter.
