4. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Environmental Conditions: Ensure the device operates within its specified temperature and humidity ranges to prevent malfunction.
  • Wiring Inspection: Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear or corrosion.
  • Calibration: For accurate weighing, periodic calibration of the load cells and controller may be required. This typically involves using known weights and following a specific calibration procedure (refer to the full product manual).

5. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No display/No power Incorrect power wiring, power supply failure, internal fuse blown. Check power connections (90-260V AC/DC). Verify power supply. Consult a qualified technician for internal inspection.
Inaccurate weight readings Load cell wiring error, load cell damage, calibration required, unstable environment. Verify load cell wiring. Check load cell integrity. Perform calibration. Ensure stable operating environment.
RS485 communication failure Incorrect wiring (A+/B- reversed), incorrect communication settings (baud rate, parity), faulty cable. Check RS485 wiring. Verify communication parameters in device settings. Test with a different cable.
Alarms not triggering Alarm set points incorrect, relay wiring error, relay failure. Review and adjust alarm set points. Check relay output wiring. Test external alarm device.
