4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
The gauge will power on automatically when connected to a 9-32VDC power source. It will power off when the power source is disconnected.
4.2 Display Functions
The gauge displays the following information:
- Fuel Level: Percentage of fuel remaining.
- Oil Pressure: Engine oil pressure in Bar or PSI.
- Voltmeter: Battery voltage in Volts.
- Water Temperature: Engine water temperature in ℃ or ℉.
- GPS Speedometer: Current speed in km/h, MPH, or Knots.
- Tripmeter: Distance traveled for the current trip.
- ODO: Total odometer reading (total distance traveled).
- Tachometer: Engine RPM.
- Engine Hours: Total engine operating hours.
- RPM Rate: Current RPM rate.
4.3 Changing Units
The units for speed, temperature, and pressure can be changed using the external keys (Green wire). Press the external key to cycle through available units:

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the display and exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Connections: Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- Waterproof Feature: The gauge is designed to be waterproof. However, avoid prolonged submersion or high-pressure water jets directly on the unit.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check the 9-32VDC power connection (Red wire) and ground connection (Black wire). Ensure the power source is active.
- Inaccurate Readings:
- GPS Speedometer: Ensure the GPS antenna is properly connected and has a clear view of the sky. Allow time for GPS signal acquisition.
- Other Sensors: Verify that the respective sensor wires (RPM, Temperature, Oil Pressure, Fuel Level) are correctly connected to their senders and the gauge as per the wiring diagram (Figure 4).
- Display Issues: If the display is blank or flickering, check power connections and ensure the operating voltage is within the 9-32V range.
- Buttons Unresponsive: Ensure the external keys (Green wire) are properly connected and not damaged.
