5.3 Parallel Connections

6. Operation

6.1 Basic Operation

  • Ensure all connections are secure and correct before powering on the system.
  • Use the main power switch on the battery to turn the unit ON or OFF.
  • Monitor the battery status via the integrated battery menu display.

The Tewaycell Powerwall supports PC monitoring via RS485/CAN/RS232 communication ports. This allows for detailed real-time data, multi-monitoring, parameter settings, and data export.

  • Charging Issues: Confirm the charger specifications match the battery requirements (Max. Charge Voltage 57.6V, Max. Continuous Charge Current 200A). Ensure the charge temperature is within 0℃~55℃.
  • Communication Problems: Verify RS485/CAN/RS232 cable connections and software settings on your PC.
  • BMS Protections: The built-in BMS provides protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and extreme temperatures. If the battery enters a protected state, it may temporarily cease operation. Refer to the PC monitoring interface for diagnostic information.
  • General Technical Problems: If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact Tewaycell support, available 24 hours online.
