4.2 Power Connection
- Connect the provided car charger to the Type-C port on the dash cam.
- Plug the other end of the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- For 24H Parking Monitoring, an optional Hardwire Buck Line is required. Connect the Buck Line according to the diagram below.
Important Note for 24H Monitoring:
- The DVR is only compatible with cars that have a 12V power supply.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the dash cam lens and screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- SD Card Care: Regularly format your Micro SD card (at least once a month) within the dash cam's settings to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Replace the SD card if you notice frequent errors or degraded performance.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or app periodically for firmware updates to ensure your dash cam has the latest features and bug fixes.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the dash cam to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and device performance.
7. Troubleshooting
- Dash Cam Not Powering On: Ensure the power charger is securely connected to both the dash cam and the vehicle's power outlet. Check the vehicle's power outlet for functionality.
- Recording Errors / SD Card Issues: Make sure you are using a Class 10 Micro SD card. Format the SD card regularly. If issues persist, try a different high-quality Class 10 SD card.
- Poor Video Quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free from obstructions. Check that the protective film has been removed from the lens. Verify that the recording resolution is set to 4K UHD in the settings.
- Wi-Fi Connection Problems: Ensure the dash cam's Wi-Fi mode is activated. Check your phone's Wi-Fi settings to ensure it's connected to the dash cam's network. Restart both the dash cam and your phone if necessary.
- 24H Parking Monitor Not Working: Confirm that the optional Hardwire Buck Line is correctly installed and connected to a 12V power source. If your car is 24V, ensure a 24V to 12V converter is used.
- GPS Not Tracking: Ensure the dash cam has a clear view of the sky. The GPS icon should change from red to green after successful positioning.
