2. Safety Instructions

  • Always ensure the power supply voltage matches the appliance's rated voltage (220V).
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
  • Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts, especially the roller brushes, during operation.
  • Exercise extreme caution when using the steam function. Steam is hot and can cause burns. Do not direct steam at people, pets, or electrical appliances.
  • Only use recommended cleaning liquids. Follow dilution instructions carefully. Keep cleaning liquids out of reach of children. In case of accidental eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately.
  • Unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning, maintenance, or when not in use.
  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.

5. Setup

5.1 Assembly

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Attach the handle to the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
  3. Ensure the clean water tank and sewage tank are correctly inserted into their respective compartments.
  4. For wireless models, place the main unit onto the charging storage seat.

5.2 Filling Water Tanks

  1. Remove the clean water tank from the main unit.
  2. Fill the clean water tank with clean tap water. For steam cleaning, only use clean water. If using cleaning solution, ensure it is an official special cleaning liquid and follow the recommended proportion.
  3. Securely close the clean water tank and reinsert it into the appliance.

5.3 Power Connection (Wired Models)

  • Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220V).

5.4 Charging (Wireless Models)

  • Place the main unit on the charging storage seat. Ensure the adapter is plugged into a power outlet.
  • The indicator lights will show the charging status. Charge fully before first use.

6.1 Powering On/Off

  • Press the power button to turn the appliance on or off.

6.2 Selecting Cleaning Modes

The appliance offers various cleaning modes for different scenarios:

  • Standard Mode (Living Room): For general cleaning, vacuuming, and wet mopping.
  • Water Absorption Mode (Bathroom): For quickly absorbing spills and excess water.

The X30 utilizes 11-series steam technology for effective cleaning and sterilization.

  • Instant Steam Output: Steam is generated within 15 seconds.
  • Steam Flow: Approximately 30 mL/min.
  • High Temperature: Steam reaches over 100°C to dissolve stubborn dirt and provide 99.99% sterilization.

6.4 Edge Cleaning

The upgraded borderless brush design allows for 6mm edge cleaning, ensuring dirty corners are cleaned effectively in one pass.

6.5 Dual Roller Brush System

The double-axis roller brush system provides synchronous partition cleaning, washing the ground in front and drying it in the back. This is equivalent to cleaning twice in one pass, significantly improving cleaning efficiency.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Steam Self-Cleaning

The appliance features a one-click steam self-cleaning function:

  1. Ensure there is water in the clean water tank.
  2. Long press the self-cleaning button for 2 seconds.
  3. Two green lights will flash.
  4. The appliance will perform a 30-second steam cleaning, flushing away dirt.

7.2 Descaling Mode

To prevent scale buildup and maintain optimal performance, use the descaling mode:

  1. Fill the clean water tank with water and add one pack of citric acid (provided).
  2. Long press the self-cleaning button for 5 seconds.
  3. Two blue and green lights will flash.
  4. The citric acid will dissolve scale and circulate clean water.

Warm tip: After using the washing machine for 20 hours, a voice prompt for descaling will be provided. Users can also descale according to local water quality and usage frequency.

7.3 Roller Brush Removal and Cleaning

The snap-on double-axis roller brush design allows for easy removal without dirtying your hands.

  1. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
  2. Take off the side cover of the ground brush.
  3. Remove the two roller brushes using the small handle provided.
  4. Clean the roller brushes under running water or with the cleaning brush.
  5. Allow brushes to air dry completely before reinserting.

7.4 Emptying Sewage Tank

  • When the voice assistant prompts "Please clean up the sewage tank in time" or the indicator light shows the sewage tank is full, remove and empty the tank.
  • Rinse the sewage tank with clean water after emptying.

7.5 Hair Winding Reduction

The floor brush is equipped with 2 rows of metal serrated structure to reduce hair winding on the roller brush, making it easier to maintain.

  • Model Identification: The product may be referred to as DEM-VX20pro (production model) or X30 (sales model). Both are the same product, and the version does not affect use. VX300 Wireless and P50Slim are other variants with wireless capabilities and slightly different specifications.
  • Regular Descaling: To prolong the life of your steam floor washer and maintain optimal steam performance, perform descaling regularly, especially if you live in an area with hard water.
  • Brush Maintenance: Regularly remove and clean the roller brushes to prevent hair tangles and debris buildup, which can affect cleaning efficiency and cause blockages.
