5.1. Power Supply Options

5.2. Wiring Instructions

- Open the connector upwards.
- Insert the wire (suggested 0.34-4mm² / 22-12AWG) into the appropriate terminal.
- Press down on the connector to secure the wire.
For connecting your LED strip:
- The group of 'D' for GPIO16 is the default data output. Use this group first for your LED strip's data line.
- The other group of 'D' is GPIO2, which can be used after configuration on the WLED APP.
- Connect V to VCC (positive power) and G to GND (ground).

5.3. Application Download
To control your WLED controller, download the WLED app:
- iOS: Search for "WLED" or "WLED Native" in the App Store.

- Step Three: Click "Scan" to display available Wi-Fi networks.
- Step Four: Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz networks are not supported), enter the password, and click "Save".
- Step Five: Connect your phone and the WLED controller to the same Wi-Fi network.

- Step Seven: Click on "Blank space" to enter the WLED page.

The controller features two buttons: Reset and Opt.
- Reset Button: Pressing this button will put the controller module in a powered-off state, making the WLED controller unusable. Releasing the button will power the module back on. This button is useful for powering the controller on and off when it's inconvenient to access the power supply.

- Short press: Power on/off.
- Long press for 1 second: Switch colors.
- Long press for more than 10 seconds: The WLED device will be reset to factory settings, and the WLED-AP hotspot will be activated. Do not use unless it is an emergency or if the factory settings have been restored.
