3. Assembly Instructions

The SoBuy BZR84-W cabinet requires assembly. Please ensure all components are present before beginning. A Phillips head screwdriver and a level are recommended tools.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all hardware and panels are present against the included parts list (not provided in this manual, refer to packaging).
2. Assemble Cabinet Frame: Follow the step-by-step diagrams provided with your product to connect the side panels, top, and bottom panels. Ensure all cam locks and dowels are securely fastened.
3. Install Back Panel: Attach the back panel using the provided screws. This adds stability to the cabinet structure.

4. Attach Doors: Secure the door hinges to the cabinet frame and then attach the doors. Adjust hinges as necessary to ensure proper alignment and smooth operation.
5. Install Door Knobs: Attach the decorative door knobs to the front of each door.
6. Install Magnetic Locks: Ensure the magnetic locking mechanisms are correctly installed on the cabinet frame and doors to keep them securely closed.
7. Install Adjustable Shelf: Insert the shelf pins into the desired height positions inside the cabinet and place the adjustable shelf on top.

9. Wall Mounting:

   • Drill pilot holes and insert appropriate wall anchors if mounting into drywall without studs. For stud mounting, drill pilot holes directly into the studs.
   • Lift the cabinet and align its mounting holes with the drilled holes/anchors. Secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided mounting hardware.
   • Verify the cabinet is level and firmly attached to the wall before placing any items inside.

4. Operating Instructions

• Opening/Closing Doors: Gently pull the door knobs to open the doors. The magnetic locking mechanism will hold them closed when pushed shut.
• Adjusting Shelves: To adjust the height of the interior shelf, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf, remove the four shelf pins, reposition them to the desired height, and then place the shelf back on the pins. Ensure the shelf is level and securely seated.

• Using the Towel Bar: The integrated towel bar can be used to hang towels, washcloths, or other lightweight items. Do not overload the bar.

• Doors not closing properly: Check if the magnetic catches are aligned and securely fastened. Ensure hinges are properly adjusted and tightened.
• Shelf wobbles: Verify that the shelf pins are fully inserted into the cabinet sides and that the shelf is resting evenly on all four pins.
• Cabinet feels unstable on the wall: Recheck all wall mounting hardware. Ensure the cabinet is securely fastened to wall studs or appropriate heavy-duty anchors. Do not overload the cabinet.
• Scratches or minor damage: For minor scratches, touch-up paint or furniture markers matching the cabinet's white finish can be used.
