Setup

Before First Use

  • Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
  • Wipe the exterior of the kettle base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  • Wash the glass pot, tea basket, and lid with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, dry, and well-ventilated horizontal surface, away from water sources and flammable materials.

Assembly

  • Place the base on a flat, stable surface.
  • Insert the 316L stainless steel tea basket into the glass pot.
  • Place the lid securely on top of the pot.

Follow these simple steps for tea preparation: 1. Add water to the pot and ensure the tea basket is removed. 2. Place your desired tea leaves into the tea basket. 3. Select your preferred brewing mode using the rotary knob.

Operating Instructions

Brewing Tea

  1. Add Water: Fill the glass pot with water, ensuring it does not exceed the 'MAX' indicator line.

  3. Insert Tea Basket: Place your desired tea leaves into the 316L stainless steel tea basket and insert it into the pot.

  5. Select Mode: Plug the appliance into a qualified independent power socket. Use the knob control to select one of the following modes:
    • Manual Mode: Provides continuous heating. Manual shutdown is required once desired tea concentration is reached. This allows for customized brewing strength.
    • Auto Mode: Automatically stops heating when the water boils. The appliance will then automatically reheat if the temperature drops to around 80°C, maintaining an optimal serving temperature.
    • Heat Preservation: Maintains the tea temperature above 50°C for extended periods, ensuring your tea remains warm and enjoyable.
    • Off: Turns the appliance off.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Remove the tea basket and lid. Wash them with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  • The glass pot can be cleaned with warm soapy water. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner can be used. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a damp cloth. Do NOT immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the appliance.
