7. Maintenance

- Wipe the K10 unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the charging port and microphone/speaker connections are free from dust and debris.
7.2. Waterproofing

The K10 has an IPX6 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets. While it can withstand rain and splashes, avoid submerging the device in water for extended periods.
7.3. Battery Care
- Charge the battery regularly, even if the device is not in use, to maintain battery health.
- Avoid extreme temperatures, as they can affect battery life and performance.
8. Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
- Bluetooth not connecting: Make sure the K10 is in pairing mode (rapidly flashing indicator light). Turn off and on your phone's Bluetooth and try re-pairing.
- No sound from speakers: Check if the speaker/microphone cable is securely plugged into the K10 unit. Ensure volume is not muted or too low.
- DVR recording issues:
- Ensure a TF card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space.
- The power consumption of the video recorder is high. If the battery is low, the device may turn off immediately after turning on when attempting to record. After automatic shutdown, the Bluetooth function can still be used in a low consumption mode.
- Ensure your TF card is C10 speed for optimal recording performance.
- Wi-Fi connection for APP: Double-check the Wi-Fi network name (JL-AI-GLASS) and password (abcd123456789).
9. User Tips
- Optimal Microphone Placement: For best voice clarity, especially with the soft microphone, ensure it is positioned as close to your mouth as possible without causing discomfort or wind noise.
- TF Card Management: Regularly back up important recordings from your TF card to prevent data loss. Consider formatting the card periodically to maintain performance.
- Battery Conservation: If you primarily use the K10 for communication and music, and less for DVR recording, you can extend overall battery life by minimizing video recording, especially when the battery is low.
