5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid storing in extreme temperatures or high humidity.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and case frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not used for extended periods.
- Ear Caps: Regularly clean the ear caps to prevent wax buildup, which can affect sound quality. Replace ear caps if they become damaged or worn.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged and out of the case. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if not in manual).
- No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, then take them out again. This often re-syncs them. Check device's audio balance settings.
- Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different USB port or cable. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab.
- Low volume: Adjust the volume on both your connected device and via the earbud touch controls. Ensure ear caps are properly seated in your ears.
- Intermittent connection: Ensure you are within the 10m wireless connection distance. Avoid environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
