1. Introduction

This appliance is designed to provide a healthier way to cook your favorite foods, using rapid air circulation technology to fry, bake, grill, and roast with little to no oil. With its large 11L capacity (4L + 7L baskets) and dual-zone cooking capabilities, you can prepare multiple dishes simultaneously. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation.
2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

4. Setup and First Use
4.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Check that all components listed in Section 3 are present and undamaged.
4.2 Cleaning Before First Use
- Wash the baskets and crisper plates thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Rinse and dry all parts completely.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
4.3 Initial Operation (Burn-in)
It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
- Place the crisper plates into the baskets and insert the baskets into the main unit.
- Plug the air fryer into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the power button.
- Set the temperature to 200°C (390°F) and the timer to 15 minutes for both zones.
- Allow the unit to run. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.
- Once complete, unplug the unit and let it cool down completely.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Operation
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Insert the crisper plates into the baskets.
- Place your ingredients into the baskets. Do not overfill.
- Slide the baskets back into the air fryer.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The power button will illuminate.
- Press the power button to turn on the display.
- Select the desired cooking zone (1 or 2) or use the 'DUAL' function for synchronized cooking.
- Adjust the temperature (80-200°C) and time (up to 60 minutes) using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Alternatively, select one of the preset cooking functions (FRIES, STEAK, CHICKEN, FISH, VEGGIES, BACON, COOKIES, CAKE, SHRIMP, WINGS).
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- Some recipes may require shaking the basket halfway through cooking. The 'SHAKE' reminder will appear on the display.
- When the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep, and the display will show 'END'.
- Carefully pull out the baskets and empty the food. Use tongs to remove food.
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
5.2 Dual Zone Cooking (SYNC)
The SYNC function allows both baskets to finish cooking at the same time, even if they have different cooking times and temperatures.
- Prepare ingredients for both baskets.
- Set the desired temperature and time for Basket 1.
- Set the desired temperature and time for Basket 2.
- Press the 'SYNC' button.
- Press the Start/Pause button. The air fryer will automatically adjust the start times for each basket so they finish simultaneously.
5.3 App Control
This air fryer supports app control. Download the dedicated smart home app (refer to the packaging or manufacturer's website for app details) and follow the in-app instructions to connect your air fryer. This allows for remote control, recipe access, and custom cooking programs.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or scouring pads.
- The baskets and crisper plates are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in hot, soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the baskets and crisper plates in hot, soapy water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
- Clean the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Ensure no water enters the heating element area.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or next use.

Store the air fryer in a cool, dry place. Ensure it is clean and dry before storage.

10. User Tips
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food.
