4. Initial Setup
4.1. Device Overview
Familiarize yourself with the tablet's physical components:

4.2. Power On/Off
- To turn on the tablet, press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language and complete the initial setup.
- To access power off and restart options, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds. Tap "Power off" to shut down the tablet.
- To force a shutdown when the device is unresponsive, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds.
4.3. Reset
If the device is on and unresponsive, use a thin pin (e.g., a paperclip) to press the reset button located in the reset hole to force a restart.
4.4. Battery Information
The tablet is equipped with a rechargeable Li-ion battery.
- If you use your tablet only occasionally, it is recommended to fully drain the battery once a month.
- Always charge the device fully to maximize battery life.
- The lithium battery does not require full discharge before charging, so you can charge the tablet even if it has some power remaining.
- Use the provided 5V 2A charger for optimal charging.


5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Sleep Mode
When the tablet is on, press the Power button once to enter Sleep Mode. Press it again to wake the tablet up.
Tip: You can adjust automatic sleep settings by navigating to Settings > Display > Screen timeout.
5.2. Accessory Pairing and Connection
The URAO A7L tablet supports Bluetooth accessories like keyboards and mice.
5.2.1. Bluetooth Keyboard
- Slide the power switch on the keyboard to the "ON" position.
- Press the "Connect" button on the keyboard; the Bluetooth indicator light will start flashing.
- On your tablet, turn on Bluetooth and search for devices. The tablet will automatically or manually find the keyboard (Bluetooth name: "Bluetooth Keyboard"). Tap it to connect.
- Once connected, the keyboard's Bluetooth indicator light will turn off automatically.
5.2.2. Bluetooth Mouse
- Open the battery cover on the back of the mouse and insert the required batteries.
- Slide the power switch on the mouse to the "ON" position; the Bluetooth indicator light will start flashing.
- On your tablet, turn on Bluetooth and search for devices. The tablet will automatically or manually find the mouse (Bluetooth name: "BT5.2 Mouse"). Tap it to connect.
- Once connected, the mouse's Bluetooth indicator light will turn off automatically.


6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the tablet. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the tablet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the tablet regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
- Software Updates: Keep your Android operating system and applications updated to ensure optimal performance and security.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Tablet Does Not Power On
- Recharge your tablet for at least 30 minutes, then attempt to reboot.
- Press the Power button once to check if the tablet is in Sleep Mode; if so, press again to wake it.
- If unresponsive, press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds to force a shutdown, then restart.
- Use a pin to press the reset button to force a restart.
7.2. Tablet Does Not Charge
- Charge the device for at least 30 minutes, especially if the battery was completely drained.
- Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into both the tablet and the charging adapter.
- Try using a different compatible USB cable and power adapter.
7.3. Error Message During Operation
- Uninstall the application causing the error message, then download and reinstall it.
- Use a pin to press the reset button to restart the tablet.
7.4. Tablet Not Detected by Computer
- Ensure the tablet is powered on.
- Try a different USB cable.
- Try a different USB port on your computer.
- When connecting the tablet to the computer, select "Transfer files" or "Transfer photos (PTP)" instead of "Charge this device".
7.5. Tablet Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi
- Verify that Wi-Fi is enabled on your tablet.
- Ensure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router.
- Check your router settings for any filter settings or device connection limitations.
- Forget the current Wi-Fi network on your tablet, reset your router, and then reconnect.
