3. Product Overview & Controls
3.1 Soundbar Controls
The soundbar features a control panel with the following buttons:
- Power Button ($): Press to power on/off.
- Source Button ($): Press to switch between input channels: ARC-OPT(OPTICAL)-BT-AUX-USB.
- Bluetooth Button ($): Press to switch to BT channel and enter pairing mode. Hold for 3 seconds to disconnect the current device and connect to a new device manually on your mobile phone / PC / TV (BT ID: Poseidon D70).
- Volume Down (-): Decreases volume.
- Volume Up (+): Increases volume.
3.2 Remote Control
The multifunctional remote control provides comprehensive control over your soundbar system:

- Power Button ($): Press to power on/off.
- Source Button ($): Press to switch channel: ARC-OPT-BT-AUX-USB.
- ARC Button ($): Press to switch to HDMI ARC channel.
- OPT Button ($): Press to switch to OPTICAL channel.
- AUX Button ($): Press to switch to AUX channel.
- BT Button ($): Press to switch to BLUETOOTH channel.
- USB Button ($): Press to switch to USB channel.
- SUB PAIR Button ($): Press and hold for 3 seconds to put the Soundbar in a state ready to pair with the subwoofer.
- USB REPEAT Button ($): USB Mode: Press to switch between single loop playback and list loop playback.
- Volume Up (+): Increases volume.
- Volume Down (-): Decreases volume.
- Previous ($): For BT and USB mode only: Skip to previous track.
- Next ($): For BT and USB mode only: Skip to next track.
- Play / Pause ($): For BT and USB mode only.
- MUTE Button ($): Mutes/unmutes audio.
- LED DIMMER Button ($): Press to adjust display brightness in 5 levels. Press and hold for 3s to turn off the LED display.
- BASSMAX Button ($): Press to adjust bass level, the display will show: "B5-6" to "B5 6".
- MIDRANGE Button ($): Press to adjust alto level, the display will show: "MR-6" to "MR 6".
- TREBLE Button ($): Press to adjust treble level, the display will show: "TB-6" to "TB 6".
- MOVIE Button ($): Press to switch to MOVIE mode, the display will show: "MOVI".
- MUSIC Button ($): Press to switch to MUSIC mode, the display will show: "MUSC".
- VOICE Button ($): Press to switch to VOICE mode, the display will show: "VOIC".
- SPORT Button ($): Press to switch to SPORT mode, the display will show: "SPRT".
- GAME Button ($): Press to switch to GAME mode, the display will show: "GAME".
- NIGHT Button ($): Press to switch to NIGHT mode, the display will show: "NIGT".
- SURROUND Button ($): Press to adjust surround sound level, the display will show: "SR-6" to "SR 6".
- PROMPT TONE Button ($): Press to adjust prompt tone level, the display will show: "PT O" to "PT 3".
4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Connecting to TV via HDMI ARC
Steps:
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the eARC / ARC port on your TV.
- Then connect the other end to the ARC port of the soundbar.
- Press the "ARC" button on the remote control to select "ARC" input.
Note: Please turn on the "CEC" function on your TV. When ARC is connected, your TV remote control can control the soundbar and TV simultaneously (turn on/off, adjust volume). If there is no sound, try setting the TV audio output to PCM: TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM.

4.2 Connecting to TV via Optical / AUX
Option 1: Optical
- Make sure the TV's port is OPTICAL OUT; connect both sides of the cable to OPTICAL, for both the TV and the soundbar.
- Make sure the optical plug is inserted correctly as shown in the picture. Do not insert the plug upside down and break the optical.
Note: If audio is playing from the internal TV speakers, mute or minimize the TV volume. In Optical Mode: If there is no sound, try setting the TV audio output to PCM: TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM.
Option 2: AUX
- Connect the 3.5mm to RCA audio cable to connect to your TV's RCA AUDIO OUT port.
- Make sure the color of the cables ends matches the color of the TV ports.
Note: Please remember to unplug the AUX cable from TV and Soundbar when you want to switch other mode.

4.3 Connecting to Bluetooth®
- Press the Bluetooth button on the soundbar or remote control to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, find and select "Poseidon D70" to connect the soundbar.
Note: If it's already in the Bluetooth mode and connected, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to disconnect the current device and connect to new device manually on your mobile phone / PC / TV.
4.4 Connecting Surround Speakers to Soundbar and Subwoofer
- Use the Front Surround Cables (FL & FR) to connect the soundbar and surround speakers, paying attention to match the same color interfaces on the surround speakers with the corresponding ones on the soundbar and place the surround speakers accordingly.
- Use the Rear Surround Cables (SL & SR) to connect the subwoofer and surround speakers, paying attention to match the same color interfaces on the surround speakers with the corresponding ones on the subwoofer and place the surround speakers accordingly.
Note: After connecting the surround speakers, when facing the front of the soundbar, the two surround satellite speakers on the right side will have red interfaces, while the two surround satellite speakers on the left side will have white interfaces. Please ensure that they are positioned accordingly to ensure an optimal audio experience.

4.5 Pairing Subwoofer
The subwoofer is factory-paired with the soundbar. If there is no sound coming from the subwoofer, you need to re-pair the soundbar with the subwoofer.
Steps for Re-pairing:
- Press and hold the "SUB PAIR" button on the remote control for 3 seconds; the display will show "SUB" flashing.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds; the white LED will be fast flashing.
The white LED will be always on when the subwoofer is paired successfully.
4.6 Placement Recommendation
For a better listening experience, lay out the entire system as shown in the picture below, ensuring a full 360° surround effect.

4.7 Wall Mount Installation
The wall mount bracket used for the surround speakers is identical to that of the sound speaker, so the vertical hole spacing is the same as that of the soundbar, and the installation method is also the same.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Smart APP Control
The ULTIMEA Smart APP, "Ultimea Home," allows you to customize your sound experience and access advanced features. It can meet all your sound needs and allows you to create your own favorite styles. Regular OTA upgrades ensure a seamless premium audio experience.

5.3 SurroundX Technology
Ultimea's proprietary SurroundX technology ensures 99.99% audio fidelity with advanced high-density molecular materials. The AI Sound Optimization Algorithm ensures more realistic restoration of real scene sound, while the Spatial Localization Algorithm accurately pinpoints sound sources and position, providing a truly immersive surround experience.
This surround sound system is designed with surround speakers that replicate the audio signals of the left and right channels of the host computer, and through sound field optimization design, it aims to create a surround sound field experience with sound all around for users. The purpose of this design is to expand the sound originally concentrated in the front to the entire space, so that the sound can be heard from all directions, thus bringing a wider sound field effect.

6. User Tips
To optimize your audio experience, consider the following:
- Optimized Audio Settings: Improve your sound by setting your TV's digital audio output to PCM. Navigate to "Audio & Subtitles" on streaming services like Netflix, and choose "English Original" or "Other Languages Original" for the best sound quality tailored to your content.
- Speaker Placement: Experiment with the placement of the surround speakers to find the optimal configuration for your room and listening position.
- App Customization: Utilize the ULTIMEA Smart APP to fine-tune EQ settings and explore preset matrices to match your personal audio preferences.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Sound via HDMI ARC: Ensure your TV's "CEC" function is enabled. If still no sound, try setting your TV's audio output to PCM (TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM).
- No Sound via Optical: If there is no sound, try setting your TV's audio output to PCM (TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM).
- No Sound from Subwoofer: The subwoofer is factory-paired. If it's not producing sound, you may need to re-pair it with the soundbar. Follow the steps in section 4.5.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues: If you are unable to connect, ensure the soundbar is in pairing mode. If already connected to another device, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the soundbar or remote for 3 seconds to disconnect and then pair with the new device.
