Operating Instructions
1. DPI Adjustment
The ATK U2 mouse features a dedicated DPI adjust button, typically located on the top or underside of the mouse. Press this button to cycle through preset DPI levels. You can customize these levels using the ATK HUB Web Driver.
2. Polling Rate
The mouse supports polling rates up to 8000Hz for smoother tracking and reduced input lag. This setting can be adjusted via the ATK HUB Web Driver. Note that higher polling rates require a more powerful computer system to fully utilize the benefits.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: The mouse features an ice-sensitive coating that is stain-resistant and easy to clean. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the mouse.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the battery level is low. If storing the mouse for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store in a cool, dry place.
- Foot Pads: Inspect the mouse foot pads periodically for wear. Worn foot pads can affect gliding performance. Replacement foot pads may be available from the manufacturer.

- Lag or erratic movement:
- Ensure the 2.4G receiver is not obstructed and is close to the mouse.
- Avoid interference from other wireless devices.
- Clean the sensor lens on the underside of the mouse.
- Check your computer's system requirements for 8000Hz polling rate (CPU: Intel Core i79700K/AMD Ryzen 73700X or above, Display: 240Hz+ refresh rate, Graphics: NVIDIA GTX1080/AMD RX5700 or above, Memory: 16GB or more).
- Update mouse firmware and drivers via ATK HUB.
- DPI not changing:
- Ensure the DPI button is functioning.
- Check DPI settings in the ATK HUB Web Driver.

User Tips
- Optimal Polling Rate: While 8000Hz offers the lowest latency, ensure your system meets the recommended specifications (CPU, display refresh rate, graphics card, memory) to avoid performance issues. If you experience stuttering, try reducing the polling rate to 1000Hz.
- Customization: Utilize the ATK HUB Web Driver to fine-tune DPI stages, button assignments, and macro settings to match your gaming style and preferences.
- Grip Style: The ATK U2 mouse is designed for both prone grip and claw grip styles, with bilateral waist and triangle fixed features for comfort. Experiment to find the most comfortable and effective grip for you.
- Firmware MAX: For models supporting the "Shark Competition Firmware MAX" (U2Pro, U2ProMax, U2Ultra, U2 Master Edition), ensure it is enabled in wired mode for the absolute best performance.
