2.2 Power On/Off

• To Power On: Short press the Power/Measure key (labeled with an upward arrow).
• To Power Off: Long press the Power/Measure key.

• Record/Unit Key (Document with U-turn arrow):

  - Long press: Switches between measurement units (meters, feet, inches).

• Area Measurement: Calculates the area of a surface after two length measurements.
• Volume Measurement: Calculates the volume of a space after three length measurements.
• Primary/Secondary Pythagorean: Uses the Pythagorean theorem to calculate indirect measurements (e.g., height of a wall).
• Maximum/Minimum Measurement: Records the longest and shortest distances during continuous measurement.
• Accumulation/Subtraction: Adds or subtracts measurements.
• Front/Rear Benchmark: Allows you to choose whether measurements are taken from the front or rear edge of the device.
• Physical Horizontal Bubble: Provides a digital level for accurate horizontal alignment.

3. Measure: Point the laser at the target and short press the Power/Measure key. The measurement will be displayed on the screen. For continuous measurement, keep the Power/Measure key pressed.
4. Record/Query Data: Short press the Record/Unit key to view stored data.
5. Change Units: Long press the Record/Unit key to switch measurement units.
