Installation
The amplifier board comes with a protective shell that needs to be assembled. Follow the diagram below for proper assembly:
Assembly Steps:
- Place the circuit board onto the lower cover.
- Attach the heat sink to the appropriate location on the circuit board.
- Secure the upper cover using the M2 screws and M2x14 copper pillars.
- Install the knob cap onto the rotary encoder shaft.
Ensure all connections are secure and components are properly aligned before powering on.
Connections
Refer to the connection diagram below for wiring the power supply, speakers, and audio input sources.
Wiring Instructions:
- Power Supply: Connect a DC 5-26V power supply to the DC input terminals. Ensure correct polarity.
- Passive Speakers: Connect your passive speakers to the SPKL (Left) and SPKR (Right) terminals. Observe the positive (+) and negative (-) polarities.
- Active Speakers: For active speakers, use the 3.5mm Audio Output jack.
- AUX Audio Input: Connect external audio devices (e.g., phone, MP3 player) via the AUX IN port.
- USB Disk/Sound Card Input: Insert a USB flash drive (FAT32, max 32GB) into the USB port for playback, or connect to a computer via USB for sound card functionality.
Operation
Main Knob Control:
The main knob on the amplifier board serves multiple functions:
- Rotate: Adjusts the volume (stepless tuning).
- Short Press: Plays or pauses the audio.
- Long Press: Turns the amplifier board on or off.
Audio Input Modes:
The amplifier supports Bluetooth, AUX, USB Disk, and USB Sound Card inputs. The device will automatically detect and switch to the active input or can be selected via the mobile APP.
Mobile APP Control (Sinilink)
The XY-C100L amplifier board can be controlled via the Sinilink mobile application, available for Android and iOS devices. This app allows for visual operation, playback mode selection, and independent adjustment of bass and treble.
APP Download:
Search for 'Sinilink' in your device's app store (e.g., Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS) and download the application.
Connecting to the APP:
- Power On: Ensure the amplifier board is powered on. The blue LED will flash quickly, indicating it is in wireless connection mode.
- Enable Location (Android): For Android devices, you may need to turn on location information for the app to discover Bluetooth devices.
Figure 3: Enable Location for APP (Android) - Pairing: On your mobile phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select 'XinYi' to complete the connection. The blue LED on the board will enter a long light state once connected.
- Important Note: Do not connect to 'Sinilink-APP' directly from your phone's Bluetooth settings. If already connected, unpair it and search again. The correct device name to connect to is 'XinYi'.

Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Check power supply connection and voltage.
- Ensure speakers are correctly wired and functional.
- Verify audio input source is active and connected.
- Check volume levels on both the amplifier and the source device. - Distorted Sound:
- Reduce volume to check for clipping.
- Ensure power supply voltage is within the specified range (5-26V).
- Check speaker impedance matches the amplifier's requirements (4-8 Ohms).
- Ensure the power supply output is sufficient for the amplifier's output power. - Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Make sure the amplifier is in pairing mode (blue LED flashing quickly).
- Ensure location services are enabled on your phone (for Android).
- Disconnect from 'Sinilink-APP' if previously paired incorrectly, and connect to 'XinYi'.
- Move closer to the amplifier to reduce interference. - USB Disk Not Playing:
- Ensure the USB disk is formatted to FAT32.
- Check that the USB disk capacity does not exceed 32GB.
- Verify audio files are in a supported format.
Maintenance
- Keep the amplifier board clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to moisture, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself, as this may void any potential warranty and could cause damage.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the heat sink during operation to prevent overheating.
