3.2 Health Monitoring Features
The SmartRing continuously monitors various health parameters:
- ECG Detection: The ring features a high-performance medical-grade ECG sensor and a circular electrode to collect real-time heart signals. Combined with PPG technology, it monitors heart rate and blood oxygen levels. An AI algorithm generates diagnostic reports, identifying 12 abnormal patterns (e.g., sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation, premature beats) and offering personalized suggestions based on sleep and exercise data.

- Heart Rate Monitoring: Continuously monitors heart rate fluctuations and other parameters to track heart function and detect abnormal conditions promptly.

- Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitoring: Provides round-the-clock intelligent blood oxygen measurement to help you monitor for oxygen deficiency.

- Blood Pressure Monitoring: Connect to the app to view measurement data and trends in blood pressure, aiding in understanding your patterns and developing healthy habits.

- Scientific Sleep Monitoring: Monitors various sleep states including deep sleep, light sleep, REM, and wakefulness. It provides an in-depth evaluation of your sleep quality to help develop good sleep habits.

- Blood Glucose Monitoring: The smart ring can monitor your blood glucose data in real time, automatically synchronized to the mobile app. You can intuitively view the blood glucose change curve to understand your levels and physical condition. Note: This product is not a medical device. The health data provided is for reference only and shall not be used as a basis for diagnosis or treatment.

3.3 Sports Modes & Pedometer
The SmartRing supports various sports modes and provides detailed activity tracking:
- Supports activities such as running, cycling, and general fitness.

4.2 Cleaning Instructions
To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your SmartRing, follow these cleaning guidelines:
- Wipe the ring gently with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the sensors, finish, or internal components.
- Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry before placing the ring in the charging case.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your SmartRing, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
5.1 No Data or Inaccurate Readings
- Wearing Position: Ensure the ring is worn correctly and snugly on your finger, with the sensors maintaining firm contact with your skin.
- Battery Level: Check if the SmartRing's battery is sufficiently charged. Low battery can affect sensor performance.
- App Sync: Verify that the ring is properly connected to the companion app and that data synchronization is active.
- App Version: Ensure your SmartRing app is updated to the latest version.
5.2 App Connectivity Issues
- Restart Devices: Try restarting both your SmartRing (if applicable, by placing it in the charging case and removing it) and your mobile device.
- Bluetooth Toggle: Turn your mobile device's Bluetooth off and then back on.
- Re-pairing: If the issue persists, unpair the ring from your app and mobile device's Bluetooth settings, then re-pair it following the initial setup instructions.
5.3 Battery Life Shorter Than Expected
- Feature Usage: Frequent use of power-intensive features, such as continuous ECG monitoring or extensive sports tracking, can reduce battery life.
- Full Charge: Ensure the ring is consistently charged to 100% using the provided charging case and cable.

6.1 How to Measure Your Finger Size
To ensure you select the correct ring size, follow these steps:
- Step One: Wrap a paper strip around the positions of the joint and the root of the finger on which the ring will be worn, forming one circle. (Note: There may be differences in sizes between the left and right hands. Measure the ring size according to the finger on which the ring will be worn.)
- Step Two: Adjust the paper strip to a comfortable position and make a mark at the intersection. (Note: It should fit closely to the knuckle and the root of the finger. It should neither be too tight nor too loose.)
- Step Three: Measure the length of the paper strip and take the larger value. Refer to the 'Finger Circumference' in the size chart (Figure 17) to find the corresponding ring size. (Note: The measurements at the top and the joint of the finger may be different. It is recommended to refer to the larger circumference.)

7. User Tips
