Setup

1. Unpack the Device: Carefully remove the massager and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Charge the Massager: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB Type-C cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the massager and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours and provides up to 8 days of use (based on 15-minute daily sessions).

3. Positioning the Massager: The massager features a patented C-shaped support structure and soft memory foam for ergonomic fit. Gently pull the massager open, place it around your neck, and allow it to naturally conform to your neck and shoulder contours. Ensure the massage nodes are positioned correctly on the desired areas of your neck and shoulders.

Operating Instructions

The USKI Cervical Massager offers a user-friendly experience with intuitive controls.

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side of the device) for a few seconds to turn the massager on or off.
2. Select Massage Mode: Once powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the available 3 massage modes. These modes combine shiatsu, kneading, and stretching techniques to target different muscle groups and provide varied sensations. The MT02 model features a dual-rotation core for expanded massage area, targeting the Fengchi acupoint, cervical spine, and trapezius muscles.

3. Adjust Heat Settings: The massager includes a hot compress function with 3 temperature gears: 39°C, 42°C, and 45°C. Press the dedicated heat button (if available, or short press the power button after selecting massage mode if combined) to activate and cycle through the heat levels.
4. Automatic Shut-off: For safety and optimal use, the massager is programmed to automatically shut off after approximately 15 minutes of continuous operation. If you wish to continue, simply restart the device.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning: The massager features a removable fabric cover for easy cleaning. Unzip and remove the cover. Hand wash the fabric cover with mild detergent and air dry completely before reattaching. Do not wash the main unit with water. Wipe the main unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth if necessary, then dry thoroughly.

2. Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it away from sharp objects to prevent damage to the fabric or internal components.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the massager is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
• Massage feels weak or ineffective: Check that the massager is properly positioned and snugly fitted around your neck and shoulders. Adjust its position to ensure the massage nodes make good contact with the desired areas.
• Heat function not working: Verify that the heat function is activated and set to the desired temperature. Ensure the device has enough battery charge to support both massage and heat functions.
• Unusual noises during operation: If you hear any abnormal sounds, turn off the device immediately and contact customer support.
