Follow these steps to set up your DEZORQ M15 Plus Game Console:

  1. Insert TF Card: Ensure the TF card (containing the game system and games) is properly inserted into the Game Stick. The console will not power on without it.
  2. Connect to TV: Plug the Game Stick directly into an available HD input port on your television or display. If space is limited, use the provided HD extension cable.
  3. Power the Game Stick: Connect the USB charging cable to the Game Stick and then to a 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB power source (e.g., a TV USB port, a wall adapter, or a power bank).
  4. Install Controller Batteries: Each wireless controller requires 2x AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of each controller and insert the batteries, observing the correct polarity.
  5. Select TV Input: Turn on your TV and use its remote control to select the corresponding HD input source where the Game Stick is connected.
  6. Power On: The Game Stick should automatically power on once connected to power and the TV input is selected.

6. Maintenance

  • TF Card: Always ensure the TF card is securely inserted into the Game Stick. Removing it while the console is on or improperly can lead to data corruption or prevent the console from starting.
  • Controller Batteries: Replace AAA batteries in the wireless controllers when they run low to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the Game Stick and controllers. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the console and accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Console does not turn on:
    • Ensure the TF card is correctly inserted into the Game Stick.
    • Verify the USB charging cable is securely connected to both the Game Stick and a working power source (5V/1A or 5V/2A).
    • Check that your TV is set to the correct HD input source.
  • Wireless controllers are not responding:
    • Check if the AAA batteries in the controllers are fresh and inserted with correct polarity.
    • Ensure the Game Stick is powered on and the TV is displaying its interface.
    • Remember that on the home page, only the P1 controller is active. Both controllers will work once a game is launched.
  • Some games do not work or are very slow/stuck:
    • Due to the nature of emulator games, approximately 5% of games may not be perfectly compatible or may experience performance issues. This is a normal phenomenon.
    • If a specific game is problematic, try searching for and downloading a different version of that game if you are adding custom ROMs.
  • No signal on TV:
    • Confirm the Game Stick is fully inserted into the TV's HD port or the HD extension cable.
    • Ensure the TV is on the correct HD input channel.
    • Try a different HD port on your TV.

8. User Tips

  • Game Compatibility: Be aware that not all games may run perfectly due to emulation limitations. If a game doesn't work, it's often due to the specific ROM version.
  • Controller Batteries: Keep spare AAA batteries on hand for uninterrupted gaming sessions.
  • Optimal Power: For best performance, use a dedicated 5V/2A USB wall adapter to power the game stick, rather than a TV's USB port, which might provide less power.
  • Explore Emulators: The console supports 23 different emulators. Take time to explore the game libraries for each to discover new retro favorites.
