  • Follow the app's instructions to pair your rangefinder and utilize its digital ballistic features, which can provide precise holdover solutions based on your ammunition and environmental conditions.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Lenses: Use a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber is ideal) specifically designed for optics. Gently wipe the lens surfaces. For stubborn smudges, use a small amount of lens cleaning fluid applied to the cloth, not directly to the lens.
  • Housing: Wipe the body of the rangefinder with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Battery Replacement

  • When the battery indicator on the display shows low power, replace the CR2 battery as described in Section 3.1.
  • Always dispose of used batteries responsibly.

5.3 Storage

  • Store the rangefinder in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for extended periods, remove the battery to prevent leakage.
  • The device has an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to splashing water from any direction. However, it is not designed for submersion.
