3. Setup and Initial Use
3.1 Power Station Initial Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the SWAREY S1000 Power Station. There are three primary methods for charging:
- Wall Outlet (AC Adapter): Connect the provided power adapter to the DC input port (7.5 * 0.8mm) on the power station and plug it into a standard wall outlet. Charging time is approximately 7-8 hours.
- Car Charger: Use the provided car charger cable to connect the power station to your vehicle's 12V car outlet. This method is suitable for charging on the go. Charging time is approximately 8-12 hours.
- Solar Panels (MPPT): Connect the SWAREY 100W Foldable Solar Panels to the power station using the DC-MC4 Solar Charging Cable. Ensure the solar panels are placed in direct sunlight for optimal charging. Charging time is approximately 6-7 hours with MPPT.

3.2 Connecting Solar Panels
To connect the SWAREY 100W Foldable Solar Panels to the S1000 Power Station:
- Unfold the SWAREY 100W Solar Panel and use the integrated kickstand to position it towards direct sunlight. Adjust the angle for maximum sun exposure.
- Connect the solar panel's DC output to the DC-MC4 Solar Charging Cable.
- Connect the DC-MC4 cable to the DC input port (7.5 * 0.8mm) on the SWAREY S1000 Power Station.
- If connecting multiple solar panels (e.g., two 100W panels for 200W total), ensure they are connected in parallel using appropriate connectors (not explicitly detailed in provided data, but implied by "2x 100W Solar Panel" and "SWAREY 200W solar panel"). The power station supports MPPT input up to 126W Max from solar.
- The power station's display will indicate charging status.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Storage
- Store the power station and solar panels in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- For long-term storage, ensure the power station is charged to approximately 50-80% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life.
5.2 Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the power station with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- The ETFE film on the solar panels has a strong self-cleaning property; dust and dirt can often be washed away by light rain. For stubborn dirt, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
- Important: The junction box of the solar panel is NOT waterproof. Keep it dry at all times.
5.3 Battery Care
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently, as this can reduce its overall lifespan.
- Operate the power station within its specified temperature range to ensure optimal performance and battery health.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Power Station Not Charging
- Check Connections: Ensure all charging cables (AC adapter, car charger, solar cables) are securely connected to both the power source and the power station.
- Verify Power Source: Confirm the wall outlet, car outlet, or solar panels are providing power. For solar, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and not obstructed.
- Check Cables: Inspect charging cables for any damage. Try a different cable if available.
- Overheating: If the power station is too hot, it may temporarily stop charging. Allow it to cool down in a well-ventilated area.
6.2 Devices Not Charging from Power Station
- Activate Output: Ensure the specific output group (AC, DC, USB) for your device is activated on the power station.
- Check Device Compatibility: Verify that your device's power requirements (voltage, wattage) do not exceed the output limits of the power station's ports.
- Cable Connection: Ensure the charging cable between the power station and your device is securely connected and undamaged.
- Overload Protection: If the power station detects an overload, it may shut down the output. Disconnect the device, restart the power station, and try connecting a lower-power device.
- Battery Level: Ensure the power station has sufficient battery charge.
6.3 Solar Panel Not Producing Power
- Sunlight Exposure: Ensure the solar panels are in direct, unobstructed sunlight. Adjust the kickstand for optimal angle.
- Cleanliness: Clean the surface of the solar panels if dirty.
- Junction Box: Ensure the junction box is dry and connections are secure.
- Cables: Check all solar charging cables (DC-MC4, DC-to-DC, Anderson) for damage and proper connection.
