Operating Instructions
The device is designed for ease of use with a simple one-button operation.
- To Start: Press the power button once to activate the strong light mode.
- Change Mode: Press the button again for weak light mode.
- Progressive Mode: Press a third time for a progressive mode that cycles from strong to weak and back to strong.
- To Stop: Press the shutdown button again to turn off the device. The device will also automatically turn off after approximately 10 minutes of use.
For optimal results, use the device daily for 15 minutes. The red light therapy works by increasing circulation and immunity in the nasal mucosa, which can help reduce inflammation and clear nasal passages, providing immediate relief from cold and allergy symptoms.
