Maintenance

1. Cleaning

After each use, especially in dirty or wet environments, gently wipe the camera probe and cable with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn grime, a mild detergent can be used, followed by a clean, damp cloth. Ensure no liquid enters the main unit.

2. Waterproof Rating

The camera probe and cable are IP67 waterproof, meaning they can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, the main display unit is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposing the main unit to liquids.

3. Storage

Store the endoscope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Coil the semi-rigid cable loosely to prevent damage. Keep the lens clean and protected.

Troubleshooting

  • No Image on Screen: Ensure the device is fully charged and powered on. Check if the camera cable is securely connected.
  • Blurry Image: Adjust the distance between the camera lens and the object. Ensure the lens is clean.
  • Device Not Turning On: Charge the device for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, contact customer support.
  • Cannot Record/Save: Ensure a TF card is inserted correctly and has sufficient free space. Check the card's format (FAT32 is usually recommended).

For more detailed troubleshooting, please refer to the included multi-language user manual.
