Product Overview
The EASUN POWER ISolar-SMG-III-6.2KW-Wifi is a multi-functional inverter/charger, combining functions of inverter, solar charger, and battery charger to offer uninterruptible power support in a portable size. Its comprehensive LCD display provides user-configurable and easy-accessible button operations such as battery charging current, AC/solar charger priority, and acceptable input voltage based on different applications.

Setup
Mounting the Unit

- Do not mount the inverter on flammable construction materials.
- Mount on a solid surface.
- Install this inverter at eye level in order to allow the LCD display to be read at all times.
- The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 55°C to ensure optimal operation.
- The recommended installation position is to be adhered to the wall vertically.
- Be sure to keep other objects and surfaces as shown in the right diagram to guarantee sufficient heat dissipation and to have enough space for removing wires.
WARNING: Suitable for mounting on concrete or other non-combustible surface only.

When selecting proper PV modules, please be sure to consider the following parameters:
- Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules should not exceed max. PV array open circuit voltage of inverter (500VDC).
- Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules should be higher than min. battery voltage (48VDC).

The 6.2KW model supports a 48VDC battery system. Connect four 12V batteries in series to achieve the required 48VDC. Ensure correct polarity when connecting batteries.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your inverter. Please follow these guidelines:
- Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
- Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and signs of corrosion.
- Inspect the battery terminals for corrosion and clean if necessary.
- Monitor the LCD display for any warning or fault codes and address them promptly.
- Ensure the ambient temperature around the inverter remains within the specified operating range (-10°C to 55°C).
- If the detachable dust cover is installed, ensure it is properly secured and clean.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your inverter, refer to the LED indicators and LCD display for fault codes or warning messages. Common issues can often be resolved by checking connections, ensuring proper ventilation, or verifying battery status. For persistent problems, consult a qualified technician.
- No Power Output: Check AC input, battery connections, and PV input. Verify the power on/off switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Warning/Fault Codes: Refer to the LCD display section for the meaning of specific codes and take appropriate action.
- Battery Not Charging: Ensure PV panels are receiving sufficient sunlight and are correctly connected. Check battery voltage and charger settings.
- Overload Warning: Reduce the connected load to prevent damage to the inverter.
