Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Ensure the keyboard is powered on and fully charged. Check the connection mode switch (Bluetooth, 2.4G, or Wired) matches your connection method. For wireless, ensure the receiver is properly plugged in or Bluetooth is paired.
- Backlight not working: Check if the backlight is turned off or set to the lowest brightness level using Fn + ↑/↓.
- Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the keyboard is in pairing mode. Forget the device on your computer/phone and re-pair. Remember, Windows 7 and older systems do not support Bluetooth.
- Software not working: Verify the keyboard is connected via 2.4G wireless or wired mode. Ensure your operating system is Windows, as the software does not support other systems.
- Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try removing and re-inserting the switch for that key, as it might not be seated correctly.
