Setup Guide
1. Initial Charging & Power On
- Before first use, ensure the camera's built-in battery is sufficiently charged. Connect the solar panel to the camera and place the solar panel in direct sunlight for several hours, or charge via a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
- The camera will power on automatically once sufficient charge is detected.
2. SIM Card / SD Card Installation
Locate the card slot on the camera (refer to the 'Product Details' diagram below). Open the protective cover and carefully insert your 4G SIM card (if using 4G connectivity) and/or a TF (Micro SD) card (up to 256GB) for local storage. Ensure the cards are inserted correctly according to the markings. Close the protective cover securely to maintain IP66 waterproofing.

3. App Download and Account Setup (V380 Pro)
- Download the V380 Pro app from your mobile device's app store (Android or iOS).
- Register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
4. Adding the Camera to the App
- Open the V380 Pro app and tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or selecting the device from a list of nearby devices.
- If using WiFi, ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If using 4G, ensure the SIM card has an active data plan.
- Once connected, you can name your camera and configure initial settings.
5. Mounting the Camera
The camera is designed for both indoor and outdoor installation. Choose a location that provides the desired surveillance coverage and allows the solar panel to receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. Use the provided solar panel fixing plates and stainless steel screws for secure mounting.

Operating Instructions
1. Live View and Multi-Screen Monitoring
- Open the V380 Pro app and select your camera to view the live feed.
- The camera supports three-screen monitoring, allowing you to view feeds from all three lenses simultaneously within the app.

2. PTZ Control
From the live view in the app, use the on-screen controls to pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) the bottom PTZ camera. The fixed side cameras have a fixed horizontal view but can be tilted manually during installation.
3. Two-Way Audio
Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera's speaker. Tap the speaker icon to listen to audio from the camera's microphone. This enables real-time communication with visitors or intruders.

4. Night Vision Modes
The camera offers various night vision settings:
- Full Light Mode: Warming light is continuously on, providing full-color night vision.
- Infrared Night Mode: Warm light is off, using infrared for black and white night vision.
- Double Light Mode: By default, the camera uses infrared night vision. The warm-up light automatically enables when movement is detected, switching to full-color.

5. Motion Detection and Alerts
The PIR human detection system triggers alerts upon detecting movement. You can configure alert sensitivity and notification preferences in the V380 Pro app. When an alert is triggered, the camera can sound an alarm and push a message to your mobile app.

6. Recording and Playback
Recordings are stored on the inserted TF card or in the cloud (for alarm videos). Access playback functionality through the V380 Pro app to review recorded footage by date and time.
