2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the Gendome Home 3000. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

General Safety Guidelines:

  • Do not expose the device to water, rain, or moisture.
  • Do not operate the device in extreme temperatures outside the recommended range (32~113°F / 0~45°C for charging/discharging, 68~86°F / 20~30°C for optimal operation).
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the unit. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

  • Ensure proper ventilation during use to prevent overheating.

5. Setup

Initial Charging:

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Gendome Home 3000. Use the provided AC Charge Cable to connect the power station to a wall outlet. The LCD screen will indicate the charging status.

Connecting to the Gendome App:

  1. Download the Gendome App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Ensure your power station is powered on and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is enabled on your mobile device.
  3. Open the Gendome App and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Home 3000.
  4. Once connected, you can monitor status, adjust settings, and control the unit remotely.

6. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

Press and hold the main power button on the front panel to turn the unit on or off. The LCD screen will illuminate upon power-on.

Charging the Power Station:

  • **AC Charging:** Connect the AC Charge Cable to the AC input port and a wall outlet. The unit supports fast charging, reaching 0-80% in approximately 50 minutes.
  • **Solar Charging:** Connect compatible solar panels (Max 1500W, 12~75V) to the solar input port using the Solar Charge Cable. Position panels for maximum sunlight exposure.
  • **Wind Turbine Charging:** Connect a compatible wind turbine (Max 200W, 12~75V) to the designated input port using the Wind Turbine Charge Cable.
  • **Car Charging:** Use the 12V car adapter to XT60 Cable to charge the power station from your vehicle's cigarette lighter port.

Using the Outputs:

  • **AC Outlets:** Plug your AC-powered devices into the AC output ports. Ensure the total wattage does not exceed 3000W (6000W surge).
  • **USB-C Ports (PD3.1):** Connect compatible devices for fast charging up to 140W.
  • **USB-A Ports (QC3.0):** Connect devices for quick charging up to 18W.
  • **RV Port / Cigarette Lighter Port / DC5521 Ports:** Use these ports for 12V DC devices as needed.
  • **Wireless Charging:** Place your Qi-compatible device on one of the two wireless charging pads on the top surface.

Smart Control and Voice Commands:

Once connected to the Gendome App, you can:

  • Monitor real-time power input/output and battery status.
  • Adjust charging speed and schedule recharges.
  • Integrate with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice-activated control (e.g., "Alexa, turn AC off" or "Okay Google, start charging").

Firmware Updates:

The Gendome Home 3000 supports Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi via the app to receive and install the latest updates for optimal performance and new features.

7. Maintenance

Cleaning:

Wipe the exterior of the power station with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure all ports are free of dust and debris.

Storage:

When storing the Gendome Home 3000 for extended periods, ensure it is charged to approximately 50-80% capacity. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (recommended ambient temperature for storage: 32~113°F / 0~45°C). Recharge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.

Battery Care:

The EV-Grade LiFePO4 battery is designed for longevity (2500 cycles to 80% capacity, up to 6500 cycles max). To maximize its lifespan, avoid consistently fully discharging the battery or storing it at 0% charge for long periods.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Gendome Home 3000, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Unit Not Turning On:

  • Ensure the battery is not completely depleted. Try connecting to an AC power source.
  • Press and hold the power button for a few seconds.

No Output from Ports:

  • Check if the specific output (AC, DC, USB) is enabled. Some outputs may have individual power buttons.
  • Verify that the connected device is working correctly and its power consumption does not exceed the port's limit or the unit's total output.
  • Check the LCD screen for any error messages or protection indicators (e.g., overload, short circuit).

Slow Charging:

  • **AC Charging:** Ensure you are using the provided AC Charge Cable and a suitable wall outlet.
  • **Solar Charging:** Check solar panel connection, cleanliness, and angle towards the sun. Ensure panels are not shaded.
  • Verify that the input wattage is within the specified limits for the charging method.

App Connectivity Issues:

  • Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your mobile device and the power station.
  • Restart both the app and the power station.
  • Check if the app is updated to the latest version.
