Operating Instructions
Basic Operation

- Select Program: Use the 'MENU' button on the control panel to cycle through the 19 available programs. The selected program number and name will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- Choose Loaf Size and Crust Color: Use the 'LOAF' button to select your desired loaf size (1lb or 1.5lb). Use the 'COLOR' button to choose your preferred crust setting (Light, Medium, or Dark).
- Start Program: Press the 'START/STOP/PAUSE' button to begin the selected program. The machine will start kneading.
- Monitoring: You can observe the baking process through the large viewing window.
- End of Cycle: Once the program is complete, the machine will beep and automatically enter a 1-hour 'Keep Warm' cycle.
- Remove Bread: Using the provided anti-heat oven mitt, carefully remove the bread pan from the machine. Invert the pan to release the bread. If the kneading paddle remains in the bread, use the hook tool to remove it. Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your bread maker.
- Always Unplug and Cool: Before cleaning, always unplug the bread maker from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely.
- Bread Pan and Kneading Paddle: Remove the bread pan from the unit. If the kneading paddle is stuck, fill the pan with warm water and let it soak for about 30 minutes to loosen it before removal. Wash the bread pan and kneading paddle with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Do NOT use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or metal utensils, as these can damage the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the bread maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do NOT immerse the main unit in water or pour water directly onto it.
- Lid: The lid can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Be careful not to let water seep into the viewing window or control panel area.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the bread maker in a clean, dry place.

The non-stick bread pan is easily removable for cleaning.
