5. Setup Instructions
5.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the device is adequately charged. Place the solar panel in direct sunlight for several hours, or connect it to a 5V2A USB power source using the provided USB cable via the Type-C port.
5.2 Assembly of Drip System
- Cut the 10m hose into desired lengths according to your plant layout.
- Connect the brass filter head to one end of the main hose. This end will be placed in your water reservoir.
- Use the Tee joints and Cross joints to create a branching system for your plants.
- Insert the Drip Arrows into the ends of the smaller hose segments, positioning them near the base of each plant.
- Connect the main hose from the water reservoir to the inlet port of the WiFi host unit.

7. Maintenance
- Clean Solar Panel: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris, ensuring efficient charging.
- Check Water Filter: Periodically inspect the brass filter head in the water reservoir for clogs. Clean it as needed to maintain proper water flow.
- Inspect Hoses and Drippers: Check all hoses and drip arrows for kinks, blockages, or damage. Ensure drippers are correctly positioned and delivering water.
- Winterization (for outdoor use): Before freezing temperatures, disconnect the system, drain all water from hoses and the pump, and store the main unit indoors to prevent frost damage.
- Battery Care: Avoid letting the battery completely discharge for extended periods. If storing the device, ensure it has a partial charge.
