4. Operating Instructions

4.1 DPI Adjustment

The mouse features a PAW3395 sensor with a maximum DPI of 26000. You can adjust the DPI settings through the Renmo HUB software to match your preference and game requirements. The software allows for independent adjustment of X and Y-axis sensitivity.

4.2 Polling Rate (Rate of Return)

The SH01s supports a wireless polling rate of 1000Hz by default. For an even faster response, an 8KHz polling rate is available with a separately purchased 8K receiver. Adjust the polling rate via the Renmo HUB software. Note that changing the polling rate may require restarting the mouse.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean your mouse. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the internal components. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Battery Care

The SH01s has a built-in 600mAh battery. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides about 100 hours of continuous use. To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged. Check the connection mode (2.4G receiver, Bluetooth pairing, or wired cable). Try a different USB port or re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
  • Lag or stuttering: Ensure the 2.4G receiver is close to the mouse and not obstructed. Check for interference from other wireless devices. If using 8KHz polling, ensure your system meets the recommended specifications (CPU: Intel i7 9700K/AMD R7 3700X or above, Display: refresh rate 240Hz or above, Graphics: NVIDIA GTX1080/AMD RX5700 or above, Memory: 16GB or more).
  • Custom settings not applying: Ensure the Renmo HUB software is running and the settings are saved. Restart the mouse after applying certain changes like polling rate.
  • Unexpected behavior: Try resetting the mouse to factory defaults via the software.
