4. Operation
4.1 Pan & Tilt Monitoring
Control the camera's movement remotely through the mobile application. The camera supports 355° horizontal (pan) and 90° vertical (tilt) rotation, allowing you to monitor every corner without blind spots.

4.2 Smart Night Vision
The camera features intelligent full-color night vision. It utilizes built-in IR LEDs and spotlights to provide clear images in low-light conditions. You can switch between full-color and infrared vision modes, or allow the camera to automatically select the best mode based on ambient light.

4.3 Two-Way Audio
Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for real-time two-way communication. This allows you to speak to visitors or deter intruders directly through the camera via your mobile app.

4.4 AI Human Detection & Tracking
The camera's AI functions include smart tracking and PIR human detection. When a human figure is detected, the camera can automatically track their movement and send real-time alerts to your mobile phone. It intelligently filters out irrelevant movements like animals or swaying leaves.

4.5 Dual Lens & Multi-Screen Monitoring
The camera features dual lenses, allowing for a wider field of view and the ability to view multiple perspectives simultaneously on your mobile app. This 'three pictures on the same screen' functionality provides comprehensive surveillance.

4.6 Remote Monitoring & Alarm Functions
Monitor your property remotely from anywhere using your mobile phone. The camera supports various alarm types including phone alarms, local alarms, FTP photo uploads, and email photos upon detection of events. It also features an abnormal acousto-optic alert and a 'light sound shock' function to deter intruders.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean the camera lenses and solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear vision and efficient solar charging. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 Battery Management
The camera is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery, continuously charged by the solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum sunlight. The camera is designed for normal battery life even during rainy days, providing 365 days without power monitoring.

5.3 Weather Protection
The camera boasts an IP66 rating, making it rain-proof, dust-proof, and sun-proof. While designed for harsh environments, periodic checks for debris or obstructions on the lenses and solar panel are recommended.

6. Troubleshooting
- Camera not powering on: Ensure the solar panel is connected correctly and receiving sufficient sunlight. Check the built-in battery charge level via the app.
- No network connection (4G/WiFi): For 4G models, verify the SIM card is correctly inserted, active, and has data. For WiFi models, ensure the camera is within range of your WiFi router and the network credentials are correct in the app.
- Motion detection not working or too many false alarms: Adjust the PIR sensitivity settings in the mobile app. Ensure the camera's view is clear of obstructions that might trigger false alarms (e.g., rapidly moving branches).
- Poor image quality: Clean the camera lenses. Check your network speed; a slow connection can affect streaming quality.
- App connection issues: Try restarting the camera and your mobile device. Re-add the camera to the app if necessary. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
