Safety Information
The Eigotrav U2 is equipped with an intelligent protection system to ensure safe operation. Please read and adhere to the following safety guidelines:

Figure 2: Intelligent Protection System
- Reverse Polarity Protection: If the smart clip is connected incorrectly (positive to negative, negative to positive), the device will automatically emit an alarm to alert you.
- Spark Proof Protection: Prevents sparks during connection.
- Overload Protection: Protects against excessive current draw.
- Overcharge/Overvoltage Protection: Safeguards the battery during charging and operation.
- Short Circuit Protection: Automatically shuts off in case of a short circuit.
- High and Low Temperature Protection: Ensures optimal performance within the specified operating temperature range (-20°C to +85°C).
- Heat Dissipation: The honeycomb structure design aids in efficient heat dissipation, extending battery life.
Important Safety Notes:
- Never connect the black clamp to the red clamp.
- Do not use the jump starter to start the vehicle continuously. Allow at least 30 seconds of rest between attempts.
- Ensure the jump starter's power level is not below 50% before attempting to jump start a vehicle. Low power may lead to unsuccessful starts or damage.
- Do not jump start vehicles with an engine displacement larger than the recommended limits (7.5L petrol / 6.0L diesel).
- Do not jump start your car if the jump starter feels too hot (e.g., immediately after charging or prolonged exposure to high temperatures).
- Do not charge the product if it feels hot to the touch, such as right after jump starting a car.
Setup
Before first use, fully charge the Eigotrav U2 jump starter using the provided Micro USB cable. The LCD display will indicate the battery level. It is recommended to perform a full discharge/charge cycle at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
Operating Instructions
1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these steps to safely jump start your 12V vehicle:

Figure 3: Jump Start Steps
- Connect Cables: Plug the intelligent battery clamp cable into the jump starter's dedicated port.
- Attach Clamps: Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of your car battery and the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal. Ensure a secure connection.
- Start Engine: Turn on the power switch of the jump starter, then start your car engine.
- Remove Cables: Once the car starts, remove the intelligent cables from the car battery within 30 seconds. First, disconnect the black clamp, then the red clamp, and finally unplug the cable from the jump starter.
2. Using the Air Compressor
The built-in 150PSI air compressor can inflate tires and other inflatables:

Figure 4: Cordless Tire Inflator in Use
- Attach Air Hose: Screw the air hose onto the designated port on the jump starter.
- Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate air nozzle for your item (car tire, bicycle tire, ball, etc.) and attach it to the air hose.
- Connect to Item: Connect the nozzle to the valve of the item you wish to inflate.
- Set Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the device to set the desired pressure (PSI, KPA, or BAR). The LCD display will show the current and target pressure.
- Start Inflation: Press the 'M' button (or power button, depending on model variation) to start the compressor. It will automatically stop once the target pressure is reached.
- Monitor: The device provides real-time tire pressure monitoring.
3. Power Bank Function
Use the Eigotrav U2 to charge your electronic devices:

- Stable Light: For general illumination.
- Strobe Light: For signaling or disorienting.
- SOS Signal: For emergency situations.
Press the flashlight button to cycle through the modes.
Maintenance
- Regular Charging: It is recommended to perform a discharge/charge cycle at least once every three months to maintain the battery's health and longevity.
- Storage: Store the jump starter in its carrying case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, consider the following:
- Vehicle Not Starting: Ensure the jump starter has at least 50% charge. Check that the clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals. Wait 30 seconds between attempts.
- Air Compressor Not Inflating: Verify the air hose and nozzle are securely attached and that the desired pressure is set correctly. Check for any blockages in the hose or nozzle.
- Device Overheating: If the device feels hot, allow it to cool down before further use or charging. This is a safety mechanism.
- Alarm Sounding: If an alarm sounds during jump starting, check the clamp connections. It likely indicates reverse polarity. Disconnect and reconnect correctly.
