Based on common user experiences and questions, here are some helpful tips:
- Blade Longevity: To extend the life of your plastic blades, avoid contact with very hard objects like rocks or thick branches (over 10mm). For tougher tasks, switch to metal blades or the saw disc.
- Edge Trimming: The steel wire rope is excellent for precise trimming along edges and in narrow spaces, but be mindful of masonry to prevent wear.
- Battery Management: Always ensure your battery is fully charged before starting a task. If storing the strimmer for an extended period, remember to charge the battery every two months to prevent degradation.
- Motor Protection: If the strimmer stops unexpectedly, check the motor for grass blockage and clear it before restarting. This prevents overheating and damage.
