Troubleshooting

Connectivity Issues

  • 2.4G Wireless: Ensure the 2.4G receiver (dongle) is securely plugged into a USB port. Check if the mouse is switched to 2.4G mode.
  • Bluetooth: Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is in pairing mode. Try re-pairing the device.
  • Wired: Ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both the mouse and the computer.

DPI or Performance Issues

  • Ensure the ATK HUB software is installed and updated.
  • For 8KHz polling rate, confirm your system meets the recommended specifications (CPU, display refresh rate, graphics card, memory).
  • Check if the correct receiver (1K or 8K) is being used for the desired polling rate.

Physical Variations

Please note that the A9 series may have two styles of scroll wheels and side buttons. These variations are shipped randomly but are all official genuine products.

User Tips

  • Weight Preference: If mouse weight is a critical factor for you, pay close attention to the specific model's weight. For example, the A9 Pro MAX is noted to be heavier than the A9 Pro.
  • 8K Polling Rate: To fully utilize the 8KHz polling rate, ensure your computer hardware meets the specified requirements for CPU, display refresh rate, graphics card, and memory. An 8K receiver is also necessary and may need to be purchased separately for some models.
  • Switch Consistency: While the product uses high-quality switches, be aware that specific switch types (e.g., Omron vs. Huano) might be a factor in your preference.
