Troubleshooting

Fault Alarm Icons:

The inverter's display will show specific icons to indicate various fault conditions:

Alarm IconsProtective FunctionExplanation
LOWLow voltage protectionBelow the minimum voltage value for normal operation of the inverter.
Overload protectionThe load exceeds the rated overpower.
HIGHHigh voltage protectionHigher than the maximum voltage value for normal operation of the inverter.
High temperature protectionThe temperature is higher than the maximum temperature that the inverter can withstand.
Short circuit protectionThe inverter stops output if the load appliance is short-circuited.

Common Problems and Solutions:

  • Interference from outside: The inverter may be interfered with by strong electromagnetic waves in the use environment, such as nearby motors, power inverters, or strong magnetic fields.
  • The inverter does not respond:
    1. Battery and inverter are not connected. Reconnect them securely.
    2. The positive and negative poles of the battery are reversed, and the fuse is blown. Replace the fuse with one of the correct rating.
    3. Overload: The load current exceeds the nominal current. Turn off part of the load and restart the inverter.
    4. The battery is dead and needs to be charged.
    5. Battery voltage is too low or there is poor contact. Recharge the battery, check the battery terminals, or clean the terminals with a dry cloth.

User Tips

  • Voltage Matching: Always ensure the inverter's input voltage (12V or 24V) matches your battery system's voltage to prevent damage.
  • Capacity Planning: Carefully calculate the total wattage of all appliances you intend to power simultaneously to avoid overloading the inverter. Refer to the recommended battery matching guide for optimal performance.
  • Ventilation is Key: Position the inverter in a location with ample airflow. Blocked vents can lead to overheating and reduced efficiency.
  • Secure Connections: Double-check all battery connections to ensure they are tight and correctly polarized (positive to positive, negative to negative). Loose connections can cause power loss and potential hazards.
  • Fuse Protection: If the inverter stops working after a polarity reversal, check and replace the internal fuse as indicated in the troubleshooting section.
