5.2. Wiring Diagram Overview
Refer to the detailed wiring diagram below for all connections:

Figure 1: Detailed Wiring Diagram
5.3. Step-by-Step Wiring Instructions
- Motor Wires (NO.1): Connect the three motor wires from the controller to the three motor wires of the electric vehicle. These wires typically have no positive or negative poles and can be connected arbitrarily, but it is recommended to match colors (Yellow, Green, Blue) if possible.
- Power Supply and Switch Lock Wires (NO.2):
- Connect the thick red wire from the controller to the positive pole of the power supply.
- Connect the thick black wire from the controller to the negative pole of the power supply.
- Connect the thin red wire (switch lock wire) from the controller to the switch lock wire of the vehicle.
- Learning Line (NO.3): Locate the pair of white learning wires on the controller. Connect them together. Then, plug in the power key and turn on the power. Observe the motor rotation:
- If the motor rotates forward, learning is complete. Unplug the learning wires.
- If the motor rotates in reverse, unplug the learning wires, reinsert them, and wait for the motor to rotate forward before unplugging them.
- Hall Line (NO.4): This product has 5 connecting wires and one connector for the Hall wire. Connect them to the corresponding Hall sensor wires of your motor.
- Throttle Handle Wire (NO.5): Connect the throttle handle wire of the controller (red wire for positive, black wire for negative, and green wire for signal) to the corresponding handle wire on the electric vehicle.
- High and Low Level Brakes (NO.6): The controller supports both high-level and low-level braking. The yellow line is for high-level braking, and the black and white line is for low-level braking. Braking level is determined by voltage: >5V for high-level, <5V for low-level. Both braking types provide power failure for safety.
- Instrument Line (NO.7): The instrument cable is a thin green wire. This is suitable for pointer-type instruments. For LCD instruments, choose carefully as there may be mismatches.
- Cruise Control (NO.8): Cruise control can be automatic (if the cruise line insertion is sufficient) or button-activated (if two buttons are connected to the cruise line).
- Three-Speed Line (NO.9): The three-speed line is blue, brown, and black. Short-circuiting blue and black indicates high speed. Short-circuiting brown and black indicates low speed. The electric vehicle defaults to medium speed.
- Anti-Theft Alarm Function (NO.10): The anti-theft function line consists of two sets of wires: the anti-theft power supply and the anti-theft signal. The red and black lines of the anti-theft power supply represent the positive and negative poles of the battery. The red line of the anti-theft signal represents the switch lock wire, the yellow line represents the wheel signal wire, and the blue line represents the anti-theft signal wire.
- Reverse Function (NO.11): The reverse function is a closed circuit. To activate reverse, short the black and gray lines of the reverse line.
- LCD Instrument (NO.12): Connect to your LCD instrument if applicable.
After completing the above steps, your electric vehicle should operate normally. You may then install other required functions as needed.
6. Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Use the vehicle's main power key to turn the controller on or off.
- Throttle Control: The throttle provides variable speed control. Gently twist the throttle to accelerate.
- Braking: Apply the brakes to slow down or stop. The controller supports both high and low-level braking with power cut-off.
- Three-Speed Shift: Utilize the three-speed switch (if installed) to select between low, medium, and high speeds. The default speed is medium.
- Cruise Control: If configured, activate cruise control to maintain a constant speed.
- Reverse Function: If configured, activate the reverse function to move the vehicle backward.
- Anti-Theft Alarm: If connected, the anti-theft system will provide security features.
7. Troubleshooting
- Motor Rotates in Reverse: If the motor rotates in reverse after initial setup, follow the
