- Ventilation: Ensure the projector's ventilation openings are clear and unobstructed to prevent overheating. Do not place the projector on soft surfaces that may block airflow.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Dust Protection: The projector is designed to be dust-proof, but regular cleaning of the exterior with a soft, dry cloth is recommended.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your projector, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the projector and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
- No Image: Check all video input connections (e.g., HDMI). Ensure the correct input source is selected on the projector.
- Blurred Image: The projector features auto-focus. If the image remains blurry, try moving the projector slightly or restarting it to trigger auto-focus again. Ensure the lens is clean.
- No Sound: Verify that the volume is not muted or set too low. Check audio cable connections if using external speakers. Ensure Bluetooth audio devices are properly paired.
- Remote Control Not Working: Check the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the projector's IR receiver.
- Overheating Warning: Ensure the projector's vents are not blocked and there is adequate airflow around the device. Turn off the projector and allow it to cool down before restarting.
