Safety Information
DANGER: CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD
Using a generator indoors CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a poison you cannot see or smell. NEVER use in an enclosed area or partially enclosed area, even if doors and windows are open.
Always operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far away from windows, doors, and vents. Install battery-operated carbon monoxide alarms in your home and check them regularly.
- Read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before use.
- Keep children and pets away from the generator during operation.
- Do not refuel the generator while it is running or hot. Allow it to cool down before adding fuel.
- Ensure proper grounding of the generator before connecting any electrical devices.
- Do not operate the generator in wet conditions or expose it to rain.
- Always use the correct type of fuel and oil as specified in the manual.

Setup
Before first use, ensure the generator is placed on a flat, stable surface outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
- Add Engine Oil: Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick. Add the recommended engine oil (refer to the oil type and capacity in the full user manual if available). Do not overfill.
- Add Fuel:
- Gasoline: Open the fuel cap and carefully pour fresh, unleaded gasoline into the fuel tank. Do not fill above the maximum fill line. Securely close the fuel cap.
- Propane: Connect a propane tank to the generator's propane inlet using the appropriate hose and regulator (sold separately or included). Ensure all connections are tight.
- Check Air Filter: Ensure the air filter is clean and properly installed.
- Connect Grounding Wire: If required by local regulations, connect a grounding wire to the generator's grounding terminal and a suitable ground source.

Operating Instructions
Starting the Generator (Gasoline)
- Ensure the generator is outdoors and away from any combustible materials.
- Turn the "EASY START DIAL" to the "FUEL ON" position.
- If the engine is cold, apply choke (refer to the full manual for choke lever location if not integrated into the dial).
- Pull the recoil start handle firmly and smoothly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke to the "RUN" position (if applicable).
- Allow the generator to run for a few minutes before connecting electrical loads.
Starting the Generator (Propane)
- Ensure the propane tank is connected securely and the valve is open.
Connecting Electrical Loads
- Plug your electrical devices into the appropriate AC 120V or DC 12V outlets on the control panel.
- Do not overload the generator. Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the generator's running wattage.
Parallel Operation
This generator supports parallel operation to double or triple the power output. To connect two generators in parallel:
- Ensure both generators are turned off and cooled down.
- Connect the parallel kit (sold separately) to the designated parallel ports on both generators.
- Start both generators according to the instructions above.
- Once both generators are running stably, you can connect your electrical loads to the parallel kit's outlets.
- Refer to the parallel kit's instruction manual for detailed connection and operation procedures.

Stopping the Generator
- Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
- Turn the "EASY START DIAL" to the "OFF" position.
- If using propane, close the valve on the propane tank.
- Allow the generator to cool down completely before storing.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your generator. Always perform maintenance when the generator is off and cooled down.
- Check Oil Level: Before each use, check the engine oil level and add if necessary.
- Change Oil: Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, and then every 100 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
- Clean Air Filter: Inspect the air filter regularly and clean or replace it if it's dirty. A clogged air filter can reduce engine performance.
- Inspect Spark Plug: Check the spark plug for wear and carbon buildup. Clean or replace as needed.
- Inspect Fuel Filter: Check the fuel filter for debris and replace if necessary.
- Clean Exterior: Keep the generator's exterior clean and free of debris.
- Storage: For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank and carburetor (for gasoline) or disconnect the propane tank. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Engine will not start | No fuel, low oil, choke not set, spark plug issue, fuel valve off | Add fuel, add oil, set choke, check/replace spark plug, open fuel valve |
| No power output | Overload, circuit breaker tripped, Eco-mode engaged | Reduce load, reset circuit breaker, disengage Eco-mode (if applicable) |
| Engine runs rough | Stale fuel, dirty air filter, spark plug issue | Use fresh fuel, clean/replace air filter, check/replace spark plug |
| Excessive noise | Loose components, exhaust issue | Check for loose parts, inspect exhaust system |
